In a nut shell..I bought the first 200S because I bought 2 smaller levoits during the pandemic. They worked very well in my 2 smaller rooms. The air output on these 200S is crazy. Literally you can feel a vortex of air shifting throughout the room. I have 2 old flea bag cats lol. Both thick coated rascals so you can imagine the dander and hair right? Let me tell you straight out the prefilter catches so much material it's unreal. The air quality feels "cleaner" like it's less heavy. Somewhat like that clean smell the air has after a good cool fall rain. I love the settings and especially the pet setting. When I cook or there is a peculiar scent it automatically kicks up on the fan setting and within minutes the light goea from orange back to green then blue. The technology in this cleaner is unparalleled in my opinion. The app is easy, my air cleaners connected to bluetooth with zero issue. The app lets me know the air quality etc. I like the room settings feature, timers and sleep mode. Very very quiet and almost undetectable at night. Sound investment and will purchase 2 more in the near future for total house coverage. ... show more

In a house, the lingering scent of food can be noticeable, but this air purifier swiftly neutralizes those odors, leaving the air fresh and clean. The purifier’s versatility is evident in its adjustable settings. It can be positioned to cover a specific area, ensuring that it effectively purifies the entire living room, which spans approximately 1600 square feet. This feature has made it an indispensable addition to my home. The auto button is particularly convenient, as it automatically activates when needed and deactivates when the air is clean, maintaining a consistent level of purification. Additionally, the screen can be locked to prevent accidental access, and the brightness can be adjusted to suit individual preferences. For those who prefer a fan-like effect, the bedroom setting allows for the use of a high setting. Overall, this air purifier has exceeded my expectations. The pre-filter is easily accessible for rinsing, and replacement filters can be purchased directly from the manufacturer or Amazon. Outstanding product. I use it in my master bedroom which we share with our dog. Setting for dog hair is very good. My wife and I suffer from allergies and we now wake up without coughing and sneezing. Extremely quiet and perfect size for our 21x21 room, walk in closet and en Suite. I purchased this model rather than the Core series because it has a washable pre-filter. The display can be turned off I assume that will also conserve energy. The fan is very quiet on speeds 1 and 2, great for when watching tv. The app has tons of customizations, I set up a schedule for the weekdays and have several times throughout the day where the device turns on and off, I did similar schedule for the weekends. I can also set the mode when it does come on, whether Auto, Manual, or Pet among others. There are “Scenes” you can select, for instance you want the purifier to turn on when the air quality drops to good, and then turn off when the air quality goes back up to very good, however the sensor on this model is not sensitive enough and hence why I decided the schedule would be a better choice. The app lets you control the device from anywhere with wifi and certainly has more than enough features to satisfy most customization needs. The pre-filter can be washed, the main filter should be replaced yearly, possibly more depending on usage and dust in your environment. I’ve contacted customer service with questions and they are quick to respond. I think it is an excellent device and I am extremely satisfied with it, I am contemplating buying another for my bedroom. ... show more

Love the auto feature that detects the air quality and adjusts settings accordingly. We have a Great Dane and 3 cats indoors and this works great. I have noticed a difference in dust as less so I am happy for that! Size is not too big so it isn’t an eyesore.

My LEVOIT Air Purifier has been wonderful! It has helped so much to have it working quietly in the background. I hardly know it's there. It requires very little maintenance, as it has a washable Pre-Filter, and the main filter needs to be replaced only once a year.
