The way I read the description it has the same glass as the mark 5hd.. my mark 5hd is the best optic I have ever looked through so I’m not sure if I have a better than average 5 or if I misunderstood the description but there is a very noticeable difference in image quality .. I do know that Leupold’s customer service is second to none so I’ll reach out to them after hunting season and update post then Update The glass in the mark 5 and the vx5 are definitely different I should have done a bit more research, I believe the mark 5 is pro grade they call it that distinguishes it from there offer model. I thought the since both were twilight hd it was the same .. still a very nice scope and the cds set up is great! ... show more

Bought this for my 28 Nosler in a Christens Arms. Looks Great! I plan on shooting 600 yards plus so I my research says this is my scope. Stay tuned for my update soon.
