We had stayed at a friend’s house who had bidets in each of their bathrooms. We fell in love with the convenience and clean feeling after using them. Who wouldn’t want to have their backside washed after a nature call followed by a warm gentle air dry? I started doing research on the endless different types and brands. I settled on this brand because the ratings were favorable, decent price, we liked the look of it and the many yet simple functions. One feature we wanted was the user 1 and user 2 settings. Two people can program the remote for their individual needs. We were so pleased with the first bidet we ordered another for the second bathroom. We’ve had both for about one year and are very pleased with the function and they haven’t given us any issues. One of the bidet arrived with an odd fitting for the water hook up. I assume the valve may have been for an European model. I contacted customer service and they were outstanding. They immediately sent me the part I needed which arrived in lightening time considering it came from overseas. Customer service continued to follow up and ensured that I was satisfied. I purchased two of these products. First one works perfectly, but second one was minor issue (can't code remote). I contacted manufacturer and they respond fast as they can, and they sent me a new remote and guided me to how to pair. The customer service was great, and the product was easy to install, comfort, and value for money that I paid for. I strongly recommend this product. ... show more

    • not to easy to install
just installed yesterday. so far the toilet is very nice. we love the features on it. a few things i don't like. you need to have very skinny arms to put the wings nuts on the closet bolts they have to be done from the back. my wife was the only one that could get her arms behind it. also it has 2 water lines for the toilet one is a 1/2 line the other is a 3/4 line and it is not easy to move around. my water line came out the wall at the edge of the toilet with no way to turn the new valve to hook water to it. i had to move the water line about 6in over. the valve that is included did not fit what i had. when i moved the line i found a shark bite that worked which made that part easy. the plug comes out the right side of the toilet if you are looking at it so keep that in mind when installing a outlet. other than that if you are not handy it might be a little hard to install. ... show more

    • Perfect after installation
Installation was problematic because the included t valve isn't made for the US. I used pipe dope to seal it and it worked. Be prepared to adapt your supply line. Not difficult just not standard as this toilet has different requirements. We have very good water pressure which translates to strong flushing. There's no water tank. It's a combination swirl and cyphon flush that works really good, but uses very little water. However, because it uses your full water pressure and turns it off abruptly a water arrestor is a good idea. The toilet functions as advertised and meets or exceeds expectations. We decided on this version because of the tap to open instead of auto open because we have a young child. It works but annoying to double tap or long tap to pee which I do the most. In the middle of the night it's more than a want to do but I'm getting used to it. The fan could be stronger. Although I'm critical on a few areas this is still a 5 star review. Update: Thanks to the excellent customer support, I did get a replacement with the holes for flange bolts, and don't need to go thru the hassle of returning the original one, so improved rating for that one The toilet I received has no holes for the flange bolts around the main drain, so can't be installed with the toilet flange ( or not using bolts, using only caulk to install it?) I checked with customer support, who said I received an old version, new version should has the holes for flange bolts... Not sure why none of the existing reviews mention this before, am I the only unlucky one? The toilet is also very difficult to return, since it's original package are a separate base and cover, fixed together using 4 strong plastic straps, which need to be cut to open the package. Now to return this 90+ pounds heavy weight, with the plastic strap already cut, I might need to use an entire roll of tape to wrap this thing around? Even that it's doubtful that the tape could support the weight... Anyway, still trying to communicate with their customer support to find a solution, what a hassle! ... show more

Beautiful toilet. Keep in mind that some of the fittings are metric and an adapter is needed. Customer service was great and sent one immediately. Great toilet and great customer service!!

    • Great product and customer service
It has been 2 weeks since I got it installed. I will start by saying that I love the product. I saw some reviews that installation was a pain for them and I cannot comment because I got it installed through a handyman, but he didn't complain and completed the job pretty quick. I did face a nightmare situation when I first tried to use the remote and the toilet would not respond to any of the commands from the remote. I chatted with Amazon support and they said that the only two options they can provide me is to return the product or get a replacement. Both options were scary, because it meant uninstall the 91 lbs. toilet, package and send it, and then get a new one installed. I decided to email the manufacturer's support before starting the return process. I was delighted that I got a response from them within couple of hours. They provided me instructions how to re-sync the remote with the toilet, and also offered to send a new remote if it still doesn't work. But, for me the sync process did the job. Since then, it has been a great experience each time using the toilet and its automated functions. ... show more
