This is a great corner TV stand. Easy to put together. Well-made. Stable and holds a 60 inch TV without an issue. The 60 inch diagonal TV has a width that is about 52 inches. This fits on the table top and looks terrific. It snuggles into the corner and doesn't take up much space. The TV and tabletop look like it was made for each other. A few little dings on the shipping box. No worries! The manufacturer went over the top on protecting the cabinet with thick cardboard, styrofoam blocks and sheets. The assembly instructions were short and sweet ( 6 steps with illustrations ). The only tool you will need to provide is a small phillips screwdriver. The manufacturer provided an allen wrench with the hardware. The assembly took about 30 minutes. All the pieces fit like a glove. I am impressed with the quality, engineering, color, and price! I am so glad I researched days on end for a credenza and purchased this one ( based on reviews and aesthetics). ... show more

The stand was delivered quickly. Upon opening, there were a couple of small scratches where it could have been protected better when it was packed. Very easy to put together, you just kind of unfold it. It is hinged in the main part of the cabinet. You have to install the back panels (which slide downward - these are not hardwood and thin, but easy to install), shelves, the entire top of the unit (which is in one piece and sets down on top of the unit), and hardware (knobs) for the doors. I really do like it and it looks quite nice. At first, I thought the hinged idea was a fabulous one, because it would make it that much easier to put together. Only problem with that is, the unit isn't as secure and tight fitting if I had assembled it completely. It is fairly light considering it is wood, well most of it is wood anyway. If I could have, I would have given it a 4.5, but that isn't an option. Overall, I really like the look of it...looks exactly like what is pictured. I just wanted to give a more indepth review of how it was made. Also, we have a 55" LED TV, and it fits just fine. It would support a larger TV as well. ... show more

We have purchased a number of "some assembly required" pieces of furniture. In most cases, "some assembly" really meant "hours of assembly." This particular corner TV cabinet really meant what they said. Assembly took about 15 minutes, all the pieces and parts fit like a glove, and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. It is solidly constructed, the dimensions were true, and, to my surprise, didn't end up with dozens of extra screws, etc. BTW, the only tool needed was included!
