I bought this hose knowing that this type of hose has a reputation for springing leaks if mishandled. But, I wanted the light weight, resistance to kinking, ease of use, portability, and ease of storage that this hose offered. I purchased two 100' lengths in May of 2022. Here in central Texas, they have been through a winter hard freeze and two very hot Texas summers, continued to function well, and have really been a pleasure to use around my yard. Admittedly, I was as cautious as I could be trying to avoid hose snags and undue exposure to our brutal summer sun (my 100' hose ... about 33' empty ... I was able to store in a lidded 1 gallon bucket and still had room for the nozzle). The hose finally did spring a leak a few weeks ago at the faucet attachment end, which I was unable to stop ... though I did spend some time making an attempt. So, I did something I wasn't able to try with other products, I contacted the company directly via email because the hose came with a 'lifetime warranty' which I had activated when I bought the hose. I really wasn't expecting much but hoped they might be able to give me some direction on how to make a repair on the leak. Echo answered my email and asked for information about the problem and also asked for my purchase information from Amazon ... I had to go back a ways in my Amazon orders online but found the original order and gave her the order number. Long story short (from here); in less than a couple of weeks, I had a new hose! Never expected this but it was a great validation of their stated warranty. I am happy to have two functional hoses again.     • Very great quality love this hose
I’ve had a few different expandable hoses and this one is by far the best. The thing I love the most is instead of it expanding in width it expands vertically in like a spiral and it doesn’t tangle or grow out in a crazy way like some do. It’s small and light weight and I got the 100 foot one. The material on the hose feels very sturdy and thick. I’m impressed with the quality for the price, no leaks no drips or spills from the nozzle or the hose. I e had this for about 2 weeks so hope it holds up it seems like it will. The only complaints I have are: I wish the hose Nozzle was not plastic , in case you drop it on something hard it looks like it would break easily, I also wish it came with a bag that holds the house when storing away like others do on Amazon. Other then this I am very happy with this hose. You do get a tiny plastic simple apparatus to hang the hose up with and a few extra washers. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great quality expandable hose!!! I haven't used a regular hose for years now, this is so much easier to manage and I don't have issues with it getting tangled. I never even worry about watering my roses anymore. No leaks or holes that I can find, and water daily in the summer. The best part is, that it's easy to store and has a small footprint. I purchased this product about 4 months ago. I love this garden hose! 1. The color, I love blue and this is the bright blue I love. 2. The length, I got I think 150ft or 200ft. Can’t Remember. But it’s definitely long enough for me to do whatever I need to do around the house. 3. I loved the packaging it came in, also with the life time warranty to activate once you receive this product. 4. The power and what the hose dose is very good for washing my cars and for watering my plants. Love it comes with its on nozzle and hose hanging rack As well. When you turn on the water, the hose expands More, around another 25 feet maybe. The water pressure is outstanding versus my old hose and knocks out of the park. Definitely worth by for what I’m using it for if you have other needs I’m sure it won’t let you down. This hose is a great buy, try to get this hose for yourself you will not be disappointed! ... show more

    • Great features, poor durability *UPDATE*
The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE 8-19** The company contacted me and sent a replacement. Their customer service is great. So far, so good! I will update again in about a month since that is when the first one went bad. I do not recommend purchasing this hose. It's possible I had a faulty one but here is what I observed: Pros: - Extremely lightweight! - Easy to maneuver and move - Easy to store - Never had an issues with it getting kinked up. Cons: Just one but it is a big one. After having this hose for roughly a month and a half, it began to leak. I'm not talking about a little hole or something, I mean the entire length of the hose stopped holding water rendering it useless. Check out the attached video to see what I mean. Overall, I like the concept of the hose and enjoyed it for the first month but now I have to go spend a bunch of money to buy yet another hose in the span of two months. My cheap garbage hose that I had before last over a year but this one didn't even make it 2 months. ... show more

    • Lasted 2 years, worked very well until it burst.
The media could not be loaded. Great Hose, bought 100ft. Version in May 2022. Used it every week for watering plants, power washing, washing car, etc. Today(Aug 2024), it sprung a big leak when I turned the water on and now it's totally unusable. See the video, it looks like the inner hose completely ripped and only the outter layer is holding it together. No water if getting to the end of the hose. I didn't abuse the hose, just used it often. Never left water in it and always unscrewed it in the winter. Would still recommend because it really is amazing how long it can expand while being so easy to manage when shrunk down. But just know this isn't a "buy it for life" Type of product. Also sucks to throw out this whole hose. A traditional hose can be repaired. ... show more
