This is an update to my previous review. This company is amazing and stands behind their product. They replaced the bag with the broken zipper immediately and just in time for holiday travel. I love the set, however the only reason I can't give it five stars is because on my first trip using the large suitcase out of the country the zipper came off track and I had to pay to have it wrapped. This set is great. It survived a trip to the philippines where I stayed for 3 weeks. I traveled from Chicago to LA on American Airlines. Then LA to Manila on Philippines Airlines. The wheels are surprisingly buttery smooth and the pink matching set is beautiful. My fam kept saying how visually nice it was, along with the sturdyness since it survived 2 flights being fully packed (2 luggages with max 50lbs check in) Downside. Unfortunately one of the larger luggages did not survive the return trip. I took EVA Airways back with a stop over in Taipei. The wheel on one luggage was completely gone. (See "Second Use" luggage image). This wasnt just a lone issue. A 10 year old regularly used samsonite we packed also had a missing wheel. DOWNSIDES: Unfortunately this would have been a 5 star if it werent for 2 things. 1. The locks are bot TSA approved. This is easily fixed by buying locks to use instead, but is still disappointing to find out. 2. A wheel breaking. This is less of a downside since the ole reliable samsonite luggage also broke. This tells me its more EVA Airways and/or Ohare handling issue. In all, this set is well worth the money. I will 100% buy it again to replace the broken large luggage. Also, the smallest roller is cute and held up great. It got regular use during my trip as I hotel hopped and island hopped. I'm able to fit 4 days worth if clothes in it. 5 days if I really push its limit. Just watch out for the large luggage if you're traveling back into OHare or using EVA Airways. Pack the check in luggages a bit lighter than the max weight limit. ... show more

I returned these the day I opened the package. The color and style looked beautiful, so that was a good thing. The zipper seams were not straight, could tell they would separate easily. The wheels and wheel mechanisms are made of plastic, and didn't seem like a sturdy plastic at that. The shell of the case seemed very flimsy as well, I can't see these holding up at all. I don't fly, but if you are looking at these to take on an airplane, I would look elsewhere. If I didn't think they would hold up to my piddley weekend trips in the car, there is no way they would withstand airline baggage handling. The 3-4 smaller sized cases did not have handles on the wide side of the case either, I am short, if I carried them from the shorter end, they would have drug on the ground, and I definitely didn't trust the wheels to work all the time or not break. The return was relatively easy & quick, so that made me happy. ... show more

I bought this set because my luggage of the last 10 years was scuffed and just not enough for my needs. It survived 10 years, airports, international travel, etc... I've had this set 2 months, and sadly the wheel and the corner of the 2nd smallest is already broken clean off to the lining. It has been in my car, or in the house. It received no blunt force or shoving or abuse of any kind. I'm sad, because I used it for toiletries. Now my set is incomplete. Positives: Great price, pretty colors, lots of space inside, great divider features, and love the 360 wheels! ... show more
