We absolutely love these suitcases. It came as a set of 3 which was perfect for us each to have one. My son loved his little one that matched ours. They roll really smooth and are lightweight. I love the color options, they are vibrant and make them more identifiable. The shell is durable and it fits everything you would need. Bought these because they are cheap, the colors stand out at the airport, and because they have good reviews. Bought 2 sets - pink and blue. I've had them for over 2 years and the only ones that are falling apart are the largest one in each set. And ny falling apart, I mean seams need a few stitches and wheels need replaced. That being said, we've used them for over 20 trips, many of them international. And we fill them to 50 lb every time. They roll easily and are lightweight, so they don't add too much to your total weight. Zippers are great, and they have a tsa approved number lock. If you're looking for lifelong qualify suitcases, these are NOT the ones to go for. But if you need suitcases on a budget that will last for a few years, these are great. ... show more

I am pretty hard on my luggage. I usually load up my luggage with almost exactly 49 lbs to avoid heavy luggage fees at 50lbs+, and I tend to use the collapsable handle even while going over concrete sidewalks etc. Its not uncommon for me to break wheels. Well sure enough, one of the wheels broke on my luggage but I noticed that I could remove the entire wheel housing and it even had a standard luggage wheel size, A-03. So I contacted the company to get a replacement wheel and while Cool Life Luggage does not sell replacement wheels, they went ahead and refunded me $54 for the cost of the piece of luggage with the broken wheel since I was still barely within the 2 year warranty (literally on month 23 of the 2 year warranty). So I used that money to order a $15 set of replacement A-03 luggage wheels off ebay! I will post an update when my wheels come and I replace the broken wheel. Should be super easy since the wheel housing is just held on with 4 Philips screws. Super easy to remove the housing, I just made a small incision in the liner near the corner of the wheel I was taking off, just big enough to put my index finger inside. Then I pulled off the sticky plastic cover that covers the screw heads, then unscrewed the screws and voila, the wheel housing came right off. Highly recommend this company. Getting the refund was SUPER easy. I think I just googled "cool life luggage" and found their customer service email. They were super quick to respond and I just sent them some pictures of the damage and told them my amazon order number and they refunded me within 24 hours.
