I believe in always be fair and honest. Initially I provided a poor review as the order was incomplete (2 of 4 pieces arrived) and damage to one that arrived prior to Christmas. Well, after the review was posted (there was not anyone I could locate to follow up with or I would not have posted the review), a full set arrived within 2 days, it was perfect! I used for a 6 day vacation and it held up fine. No issues. I definitly think it is worth the money. It's hard to rate durability until you have had the itme for awhile but I gave a good rating as it did well on initial trip. So please void my earlier rating. Arrived in a large box. The large suitcase is packaged nicely inside another smaller box & the carry on was packed inside the big suitcase. I was impressed with the extra plastic bag around each suitcase & foam! I tested the zippers right away. The carry on suitcase handle was a little tricky at first, but it ended up being fine. I’d note the size on the tote if you tend to pack more & you’re expecting something bigger. Overall, I’m excited I bought this set & can’t wait to take it on my trip to see how it holds up. I bought this set for a family trip to Europe this summer and it worked out great! It's a tad flimsy but par for what I paid for! It did hold up great through multiple airports and trainstations so I do recommend this set if you're not looking to spend a ton on new luggage!! Love the color, too!!

    • Struggled entire vacation with this set

So let me tell you about my briefcase expirience with this specific briefcase. So I like to enjoy the finer things in life and look at the glass half full kinda person. So let me start with the positives the briefcase is super cute and stylish. I like that they look good. The storage capacity is amazing you could honestly pack up a water buffalo and take it home. The storage and looks are great couldn’t ask for better. So now that you made it this far here comes the drama and the bad that you all have been waiting for. The wheels on this thing suck I have made an appointment with my chiropractor because I’ve had to drag this thing across the country literally. The wheels would be better off if they were square. The wheels on this thing was probably molded by a blind Chinese kid they felt oval. While my back is shot from lugging this thing from on and off the plane to a cruise ship my mental state is also shot. I called my therapist to up my Zoloft prescription because it’s been so frustrating dealing with briefcase. If I had spare money I would do us all a favor and throw it off the cruise ship. The wheels are so terrible they would probably work better in the ocean where this thing belongs. So now the bright side if you want to become a strong man and participate in the worlds strongest man competition this bag is for you. Because like anyone else my wife and I pack everything but the kitchen sink and when we are on vacation probably by half of the Bahamas. Thank you for making me stronger cause I carried this darn thing literally everywhere because you couldn’t figure out how to make a wheel. You made a oval. Got these as a gift for my mom last year. Very durable, her favorite luggage. The varying sizes, all roomy and good organizing whether for a couple days or a couple weeks vacation. However, if you’re one of those people that like to keep the outside looking perfect, look into one of those protective covers to put on when checking any of these bags in at the airport. I was going on a trip to Europe and needed a decent set of luggage so after looking around I decided on this one and at first I thought it was great. I liked the 4 wheels, it felt like normal luggage and I enjoyed the smaller bags. They were easy to pack and looked nice. But once my bag was packed, at 37 lbs I might add, the bag didn't roll so easily when up on 4 wheels. Then I started to notice the handle isn't very sturdy and felt flimsy when I had to move the bag a little harder. But whatever, minor details. The bags did great on the international flight. No damage caused and the blue didn't show any scuff marks. I seriously only walked around on cobblestones for an hour though before my bag was broken. It feels important to note I was in a group of 7, all of us with similar bags and on the same path for the same amount of time, and mine is the only bag that had problems. I wasnt even a full day into my Europe trip and my bag had failed. The wheel had been bent just a little out of place and the plastic around the wheel had been rubbed down. But the bag still rolled so I moved on with my life. Then we go to leave for our second location, this time with no cobblestone, and the wheel totally pops out of place. So now the bag isn't even able to roll properly and is basically just being drug around. We tried to fix it up but a week later when we left to come back home the bag was so non functioning I considered leaving it at the hotel and buying a new one. Maybe I just had bad luck because only my large Suitcase did this, I've taken the carry on size on two trips and while it feels semi flimsy it hasn't broken any wheels or given me the same nightmares.... All I'm saying is if you aren't going to be on a perfectly slick surface that's flat the whole time and youll be packing more than 20 lbs in your large suitcase, you may wanna look somewhere else.
