I use this microscope with my fiber laser pretty often. It help shows small details pretty clearly. I find the light to be more than enough. Lots of times I find myself dialing it down a little if anything. Though a lot of stuff I'm looking at is reflective ( metal ). Regaurdless though, Its been a useful tool in the shop. Perfect for purpose intended. If large quantity of coins for inspection. Separating suspect errors, it will save time. It is limited on focus. Not capable of fine reading between the lines.
