I like this, as it's easy to build, took me only 20 minutes. It's good quality for the price you buy it at and feels sturdy and ridgid for it's use. Wheels were easy to screw in and hooks are great for things like bras. The baskets are a little smaller than I expected but with 2 of them it makes up for it. I really wanted to love this product. I like that there are slide out baskets because my cats can't get in the laundry. I like that I can put stuff on top and add a little decor. I like that I can vacuum under it. But what really annoyed me is that the pieces do not line up correctly with the holes. The problem was part 6 was too short for the distance where the screws go in the second part of step 2. I was really frustrated on this step because I had to basically cram the screw to make it work, but only after spending 30 minutes trying to get the screws and the holes in perfect harmony before I could apply pressure to push the screw through. There was one other step after this where it wasn't as bad as this part, but the holes/screws didn't line up again. Before you ask - are you sure you were doing it right? Yes, I am confident I was. I checked the instructions a million times, and most of my household furniture is this kind of puzzle assembly with an alan wrench. I've had some other parts and pieces of other products be slightly off, but not this bad. If you get this, I hope yours comes better manufactured than mine. I'm giving it 2 stars because after literally wrestling it together, I'm just going to keep it, and the final product does not look terrible. ... show more

I bought this in July 2022, and 6 months in, the wheels of the laundry hamper stopped working as well. They are very cheap wheels and have scratched my wood floors multiple times. Now I have to pick up the whole thing instead of use the wheels- this defeats the whole point.
