I was curious as to how easy/difficult installing it would be, how well it would hold up, and if a sufficient exercise could be achieved with it. Let's just say I have been made a believer. Looking at the price point I was very skeptical as it relates to the aforementioned concerns. Installation didn't take nearly the amount of time I expected. This piece of equipment fits perfectly in my home gym; not taking up tons of room. The cable-pulley system seems to be capable of carrying the load (no pun intended). The product seems a little less sturdy than I expected. The worst part of this was assembly. The screws came unlabeled in a huge bag, so you had to guess what went with what. Added half and hour to our assembly time.

There’s a lot of guess work when it comes to putting the equipment together. If the parts and fitments were numbered or labeled, as well as made clear as to what goes where in the instructions, I’d definitely give 5 stars. I like everything about this machine. It is lightweight enough to move when plates are unloaded, yet can hold myself and several hundred pounds of weight in use and not squeak or jerk with motion. Pro tip: If you aren't careless, the cable won't get shredded, you much keep the motion in a straight down path if you stray from that the cable will rub and shred. I assembled this on my own which took almost 4 hours because the assembly instructions did not have the pieces labeled nor were there step by step instructions just pictures and guessing that you have the right bolt. Now the cables and pulleys are surprisingly smooth for the price. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm only 5'9.75"ish and I still don't get a full stretch at the top. It still feels like the seat should have been 3-4 inches lower. If you're taller it is going to give that cheap feel with the 3/4 stretch. So I removed the seat and sit on the metal piece which gives me the ability to do a full pull down rep with a full stretch at the top. If I didn't have to do this it would be a 5 star review. ... show more
