Best pecker I had. UPDATE: So after just 1 hour of total engraving this turd died on me. It will not cut anything anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS !!!! Update 2: after turning it of and on it worked again. However, it stopped working again but this time nothing I do fixes it. WARNING !!! DO NOT BUY !!

The first problem is the preview, it can hardly be seen making it extremely difficult to line up material. Second it seems to work only randomly. When it does work I can get decent results but not what I expected for the price. I can try the same thing the next day and total failure, barely etching at all. Customer support is horrible. They want photos and videos when they do finally respond. I have ruined lots of material that has cost me money and time. ... show more
