I did some searching and came across this one made by SEXTUPOLE and from the information provided I decided to go ahead and order this. Now that I have this home and have been using it I can say that I'm impressed with the results. I've been using it for about a month now and it has really worked as it claims. Below, I will outline some of the features that led me to choose this one over other similar ones on the market. *Design: Simplistic design- Laser Hair removal - Portable- Dry Shave- Face, Leg, Mustache etc *Functionality : this has made a small improvement in removing the hair. I suspect with more use, it will be even better. *Results after 2 weeks, 1 month in results are good. ITEM: Sextupole Hair Removal Device with Ice Cooling Care Function (White) PROS: Fairly easy to figure & use (and with an extensive warning list that's a must-read prior to first use), with multiple settings for a variety of levels of intensity. Without the Cooling Care Function, I would be extremely reluctant to use this device even at the lowest levels I stick to. CONS: There's supposed to be a light that appears when the device is ready for use once it's fully in contact with skin, but it's impossible to see this light when I'm trying to use the device on my own upper lip area. I had to assume it was lighting up, since it was working. FINAL THOUGHTS: The set even includes protective eyewear, though I'm not sure of its effectiveness so I close my eyes during use as well, when it's near my face. The device looks well-made, not flimsy. This was my first time trying IPL, so I'm still fairly reluctant to go past the lowest settings. It takes repeated use to show efficacy, so it's not a one-and-done deal. But I did notice pretty quickly that the stubborn hairs that persist in coming back to my upper lip area either lessened or took longer to grow back even after just a couple uses. But definitely avoid this device if you fall under one of categories warned against, since this might be for in-home use but it's still a medical-grade device & requires every precaution is taken. ... show more

    • Easy to use to get smooth skin!
I love the quickness and ease of using this! The provided goggles are great and I’ve found it takes me just a few minutes to do an area and I’m done! Skin has stayed smooth and I’m super happy with it! I have light golden skin and dark hair that is thick and this worked for me!

    • Laser seems to work, could use instructions that are more clear
I did have a bit of difficulty understanding the instructions for this IPL laser hair removal device. From wears of waxing my legs, I get only small areas of hair growth that are not really worth more waxing. I'm using the laser hair remover to treat these last sporadic areas of growth. It'll probably takes a few months to notice any considerable benefits, and I'll just have to keep after it. The device seems well made and for a laser device, is an expected price at $80. I rated it as 3 stars, which is average. Considering I haven't used it long enough to determine how well it works, I hesitate to rate it above average or perfect (4 or 5 stars). I see no negatives other than the instructions, but that could just be me, so a below average rating (2 stars) would be unfair. ... show more

First off I definitely recommend reading the directions on this, they were fairly well written and it was easy for me to understand and follow.l them. There are a lot of safety precautions so read this before using. The device was pretty easy to use and was lightweight. Multiple light settings and intensity levels are achievable in the device so I was able to pick settings that were comfortable for me and met my needs. The device plugs into the wall so you will need to be close to an outlet or have an extension cord. Overall it was easy to use, the process takes a while and is slow but so far the results have been good. It definitely works and the results will be better with continued use. I would recommend, while not as fast as shaving or waxing, the results definitely last longer, plus it was easy to use. ... show more
