This is an amazing laptop stand. I have splurged before on fancier laptop stands, and so has my company. This, however, is by far the best, most reliable, most lightweight product. AND it's affordable. I will likely purchase another for the office. It folds neatly and fits in my laptop bag, and it stands high enough that I can easily use my pixelbook for reading when it's folded into a tablet. It doesn't feel cheap. The pixelbook is incredibly lightweight so I am not sure how this stand holds up to heavier laptops. I would imagine if you have any surface, any thin convertible laptop, this will be a great companion. I adore it. It's one of my favourite purchases this year, it makes everything so much easier. The fold-out lip on the bottom is great and is very sturdy. The stand comes with anti slip dots on the bottom which was so nice because all of my desks and tables are glass, and it's a pain to always have to put the dumb anti skid dots on. i use it in a big laptop and also on my ipad. it has a good range, from aprox 15º to almost 90º, so usefull for both aplications. it takes very little space so it is easy to transport.

Just received this stand. Much smaller than I realized but true to the dimensions on the listing. I am using it for my 15" Dell Latitude and it works perfectly. I needed something to raise the internal webcam up to eyeball level and this accomplishes the goal. Its also much more stable than I thought - especially if you use the alternative leveling holes (not the default settings). For the price there is really no need to buy anything else. My only comment is the lip that basically holds the laptop from slipping off the stand. Like other reviewers it does seem to slightly bend inward and does not allow you to shut your laptop closed. I simply put some very careful pressure on it and just bent it downward (need to be very careful doing this so as to not bend or break the stand). My fix worked great and now the cover closes without issue. Best of all this is very small, much smaller than your laptop, and can easily be stashed in your laptop bag. I got this for a small laptop and it keeps collapsing every time I move my laptop. The angle was just right but even the flap that holds it in place would slip out of the hinges and the laptop is not heavy

When I first opened this product I was worried that it was much smaller than my 15 inch laptop. However the size is deceiving my Alienware M15 R1 fits perfectly and the stand does hold it secure. The stand is pretty sturdy. It does have feet on the bottom and it doesn't slide around on my desk and the platform for the laptop also has feet and the laptop does not slide around either. For those Alienware users out there: my laptop is throttled back and has been repasted. Before using this stand I was regularly at 82c-85c. With this stand my temperatures are 78c-80c. I was using a folded paper towel to prop up the back but using this stand the laptop breathes so much better and more air is allowed to get through. Turning off my underclock/volt the laptop would still hit 100c even in stand but without the stand it would stay pegged at that temperature (Guessing its the highest the system can report.) I will say though in the stand instead of being 100c the entire time they would frequently fluctuate between 87c-98c rapidly but still would hit 100c (depending on the load game was requesting) so again the stand does help in my case. I’m still going to run throttled back but I just wanted everyone to know my results. Obviously any elevation can help these particular laptops but this stand does it extremely well and comfortably for me. I would highly recommend this stand. ... show more
