This printer is the absolute best. I purchased a different brand in November and it was the worst experience. Bought this one and it has been great. I can't say enough about the customer service that we have received. They even have tried to help me get my first printer working! When I message them with a question they are very quick to respond! They have even reached out to me several times to see how things are going. The printer is so easy to use and the prints are amazing. I love this printer the prints are top quality and support is very helpful and has gone above and beyond my expectations to get my printer working correctly. The media could not be loaded. Unable to reach anyone in customer service tried both phone numbers and nothing Tried to send message online and go figure that as well wouldn’t go through The roller on my printer is not connected and just hanging on one side. There was loose screws and rubber washers just floating around inside the printer. The printer arrived completely covered in magenta ink on the bottom, while ink was packaged separately and not leaking so leaves me to believe printer is used. Really disappointed hoping someone will contact me regarding this matter and can make this right as I’ve seen others need parts and have had things shipped to help assist. ... show more

Once I got through to customer service the process was flawless, my only complaint would be I didn’t have access to all the apps to be able to communicate, once we started emailing and did a remote set up everything worked smoothly. There were several dtf printers to choose from but I selected this particular printer because it was a bundle with consumables, an oven, and was “prime”. In the hopes that if it got damaged in transit or lost I’d have decent recourse. Neither happened, thankfully. UPS delivered without little input from me, and I didn’t even have to be there. Price wise I felt it was equal or a little cheaper than the other brands I was considering but the assurance of a prime purchase protection was the thing that really swung it for me. It arrived quickly, in a well packaged (and padded) small shipping crate. The crate was easy to open and everything was individually boxed nicely. I took my time opening each box, all clearly labeled with their contents. I misunderstood the instructions to contact the manufacturer on the WhatsApp app because I couldn’t find the dongle and software usb stick in the box. It was in a the drawer in the printer’s output tray. Along with the usb printer cable and other necessities. The syntax of the manuals could use some improvements and expansion on topics. I was able to get an appointment with the support team, only because when they contacted me back, from previously mentioned overly eager reach out, I was out of town. I did have to have them dial in to my computer to finish setting up the rip software because I missed a few steps in the manual that I got lost trying to figure out. The things I missed were probably in that manual, but again I got lost because of syntax and overwhelm. There were videos for physical part of the setup that were easy to follow on the software fob. I had connectivity problems that we troubleshot and ended up being a faulty printer cable inside the printer itself. A new cable is en route now. Now, the oven it came with was not assembled correctly. And basically began to burn itself up. New one is en route now. The instructions do not say it but you’re supposed to incrementally bring it up to temp. But that was not the problem. The heat pad was not adherred properly to the metal, it cause the plate to bow and lots and lots of stinky plastic fumes. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and customer service.
