Great printer. This is my first and I am clueless. Customer service does chat through WhatsApp. Sometimes they r speedy, sometimes slow to respond back, But, always there. Took me through total setup. Later helped me learn to clean heads and check them. So if I could complain it would be on me not knowing crap. There customer service puts up with me which says ALOT. I'm loving this printer. Ive had it about a month. Just wishing I could find big bottles of there ink to purchase. I'm only finding smaller bottles. As of oct 18th. I have contacted them at least 3 times. Everytime through WhatsApp app. And Jeepers is the rep that helps me. He is the best. So far still good. ... show more

    • CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL IGNORE YOU
This is a very good DTF printer. When I first got the printer I didn't know why it wasn't printing until we noticed a few days later it was leaking white ink underneath.We realized the white hoses in the machine were not connected to each other.Once we fixed that it worked fine.I had another issue where I needed a new print head and they sent it to me. I did get the warranty. Customer service was good until the third time I needed help because my hoses were scraping against the metal and they tore.I received hoses and changed them but the white ink kept leaking onto the print head.It ended up being a bad damper from the new hoses they sent me.Customer service had me clean the print head with alcohol and have it dry overnight. The next day they got back to me and had me print something out. The printer was printing fine and the next day it stopped working. I was told I would need a new printhead and motherboard but my warranty was not going to cover it again. They told me it would be 5 days and it's been over a week and I still haven't received the parts. When I asked about them they read the message but ignored me. I asked again a couple days later and they said they would check the tracking information and let me know that day and nobody has gotten back with me yet, (two days later). I basically wasted money on this printer and the warranty. I still have to pay for it and I can't even use it anymore and it has hurt my tshirt business. Customer service is in China and you have to use Whatsapp to communicate. I even asked if I could send this one back and they send me a new one and they never answered my question.
