Great printer. This is my first and I am clueless. Customer service does chat through WhatsApp. Sometimes they r speedy, sometimes slow to respond back, But, always there. Took me through total setup. Later helped me learn to clean heads and check them. So if I could complain it would be on me not knowing crap. There customer service puts up with me which says ALOT. I'm loving this printer. Ive had it about a month. Just wishing I could find big bottles of there ink to purchase. I'm only finding smaller bottles. As of oct 18th. I have contacted them at least 3 times. Everytime through WhatsApp app. And Jeepers is the rep that helps me. He is the best. So far still good. ... show more

I was so impressed with Lancelot's customer service! At first, I was a little hesitant because I could see there were some other negative reviews, but I can confidently say that those claims were not true. They were patient, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was resolved. They always lent a hand when I needed it, and most importantly, the print quality was absolutely incredible - crisp, clear, and detailed! The experience with DTF was really fun and challenging for me, but I love how the engineers are there to help you when you have a problem with the printer. Jeeper was great at diagnosing problems. He was very patient during the initial installation, even though I was slow, thanks for his patience! He taught me a lot about how to do things, and he was very patient even if it took him a few hours. I love my printer, it exceeded my expectations, and the shipping was on time! The shipping was also fast, it didn't take me too long, lol. Amazing, the DTF printer is very easy and convenient to set up. It took about 1 hour to set up. I contacted the after-sales team right away and they helped me. They said my installation was the fastest they had ever seen!
