Hire a professional (they will also sell you a pool) and let them install it. This pool has been nothing but trouble. I live in West Virginia so we knew ground work was going to take some time and we spent a month leveling the flatest part of our yard. Finally today (July 4th) we put the pool up only to have to take the whole thing back down because as we started filling the pool with the 1 foot of water to fix the liner, the metal wall kept popping out of the cheap plastic rails. We had 7 people working one the pool (way more than the 3-4 the directions suggest). It was a 12' pool but the listing is for a 24' pool which meant we purchased too much fencing for the pool (24' pool is 16 spans, 12' pool is only 8 spans). The "steel wall" is a flimsy sheet of metal that is suppose to fit into the plastic rails, but when we had 1" of water the wall started popping out. We held the wall up because even without the liner it popped out and buckled. We followed the directions exactly(they are poorly written but when we called previously during our leveling stage, the company was very helpful.) I loved this pool because the outside was a cool modern dark grey/blue but after the 5 weeks of trying to get this pool up (4 weeks were trying to level the ground to perfection as the instruction state) we are disgusted. We are returning EVERYTHING we can that we purchased for the pool. I do not recommend this pool. Heed the reviews. ... show more

This is a beautiful pool inside and out and is different than any other above ground pool that I have ever seen. Very unique look. You will need help putting it up probably at least 3 to 4 people, but very worth it. My only complaint is that I wish I had bought a larger version of this pool, I got the 18 foot, but that is my fault. When the pool got full of water is really transforms it. Gorgeous pool. Very disappointed in color of pool. In photos it appears black or at least a very dark grey. It is not. It is a more grey blue and more blue depending on lighting. Main reason for ordering it was the color so I’m not happy with purchase. You can find a simile ol in standard color for less. Also, all the screws necessary to put towers not included. Can’t comment on quality of pool because we are still in process of putting it up. If it wasn’t such a large item, I’d return it due to disappointment in color. ... show more

This pool is junk. It did not make it through one season for us. We purchased the 30 foot pool, I loved the color of it, but the pool itself was a disaster. We have always owned an above ground pool and it took forever to get this one set up. The cheap plastic track did not hold it in place. The walls are flimsy. We had several friends help us set it, more than what was needed, and we still struggled setting this up. Once we got it up, towards the end of the season., the walls collapsed. I called customer service and they informed me it was not a pool that you could swim and splash in, it was just for floating. It was money wasted. ... show more

Item as described. Delivery on time. Customer service was awesome. Recommend pro install or someone knowledgeable to help with liner. We couldn't get liner smooth, but thats on us, not the company. Love the color of the dark gray.
