Good overall, just doesn't begin blending as easily as it should when the notches (?) are in and you press down. I always have to spin it around and try the notches in multiple slots before it'll start to blend. Not that that's a big deal. Good quality plastic for the cups. Looks like I was lucky and ended up with one that works. I usually use it to make protein smoothies after I workout, so nothing too crazy. It does need time to cooldown sometimes, but for the price, I'm okay with that.

I didn't want an large blender taking up space in my small kitchen. This is perfect!! Does the job well, I make smoothies and use frozen fruits and ice, I do limit the amount of ice cubes to 2 or 3. It doesn't bog down . A frothy hot chocolate milk is wonderful.
