UPDATE: So please read my initial review below... 1 day later I have completed AMAZING customer service with the seller and received my OVEN!!!!! I am so happy... completed one test print and it was perfect on the first print. Super excited to get this started.... TIPS: leave the switch ON in the back of the printer: it keeps the ink turning, cleanings running and keep things running properly. The oven was a plug and play, heating level preset and ready to rip!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!!!! I am ready to work one business from my email to the seller!!! INITIAL: I was super excited to get my new DTF printer!!!! It was actually almost a week early! Very heavy wooden case to help with shipping. Came with full size ink (250 ml) and 2.2 lb transfer powder bag. Super exciting! Printer itself is large and in charge!!!! Then I do not see the oven in the box (the picture has all of the items shown that are to be shipped and a oven was present however did not receive it. I go back to read in detail the description and it did not list an oven, very leading with the picture however I overlooked that detail when I was placing my order as I was focused on the details of the printer itself. The videos are very informative and easy to follow. I was doing so well until the software installation part arrived. Placed the drive in the computer and opened it up, got 3 clicks in and a box appears stating "WinZip Self-Extractor header corrupt. Possible cause: bad disk or file transfer error". SOOOOO. I attempted the QR code which led to no longer valid response, tried to website listed in the instruction book and no longer available message appears... I start to get nervous. So I clicked on the link in the youtube videos and got a website in another language, did find an email address though and emailed them my cry for help. I will update this review once I get this resolved... Side note... the printer itself is mixing the white ink and appears to be working beautifully. More to come!!! Still super excited! ... show more
