Was broken open and spilled in the box, which to me means it is not new/unsealed. The lid was half off also, which tells me that this is not an authentic product and maybe something was added to it. They could have at least slapped a piece of tape over it or finished closing the lid. I don’t know how well the shampoo works yet.I’ll try to salvage what’s left and update my review. ... show more

Shampoo is great BUT Very difficult to get out of the bottle. I have to remove the top container material I’d VERY stiff!! Cannot squeeze at all!!!

The product itself is great. BUT, the plastic bottle that it comes in is so thick that it is a struggle to get it out.....even when full. Impossible when 1/3 full. Even though I liked the product I did not buy it again. I switched to another big name with better bottles.
