I'm not a sound technician, but I have no complaints about the quality of sound from these wired ear buds. They do not stay snug in my ears, however. And I don't think it has anything to do with sweating. The wire that wraps around the back of the ear seems a little too flexible to create and hold a tight fit. We use these at our church as in ear monitors. I like them because they don’t boost the “candy” frequencies like the high and low end. It’s just a nice flat sound so you can get them dialed in and they are comfortable. Do yourself a favor and buy some memory foam ear peaces. These have a nice loop over the ear which helps keep the cord out of the way and keeps the earbuds from falling out. Plus if you only want to remove a bud for a few seconds you can let it dangle just around your ear. These are really good headphones. They fit comfortably, have good noise cancelling, and the cable is braided 4 ways up to the left-right split and then 2 ways into each earbud. Definitely durable. TL:DR is at the bottom. The sound quality is amazing for how much these cost. I'm not an audiophile by any means but I've been noticing other little sounds and things in tracks I've listened to hundreds of times. Most of the tracks I listen to are encoded in 320kbps to give you an idea of the quality I am used to. I don't really mess with FLACs. I imagine FLACs would probably sound really good, too. The bass is not overpowering in my opinion and the noise cancelling is nice so you can have a fan or AC going in the background and not really even notice that it is running. That way you can keep the volume down lower and not have to turn it up to hear over the fan. I find that I barely need to set the volume mixer in Windows 10 above 14-16 to get a reasonable volume to listen to music or watch videos. Anything above that would be too loud for me. On my iPod I can comfortably listen to tracks at less than ~45-50% volume on the mixer and get a very good volume level. The one con I have is that the cable could be just a little bit longer. I think maybe another 6" would be good. They are usually plugged into my computer tower that is located down and to the right of me and they can pull a little if I'm not careful. It is by no means taught but you just have to be a little bit careful. I probably just need a better location to plug the earbuds in. As far as walking around I think the length is good. I'm 5'6" and If I have them plugged into my iPod and in my pocket then the cable length is fine. Fit wise these buds are excellent. Usually with earbuds they get uncomfortable after wearing them for more than an hour because of the hard plastic but these I could easily wear for an hour or more. At first I wasn't sure they would fit well but the little buds fits right in your ear. I think this is also how it gives the noise cancelling because the rubbery earbud piece basically occupies all the space in your ear. With no sound playing you can easily hear your heartbeat. I suppose this is good and bad because you won't here someone knocking at your door or your phone ringing unless you feel the vibration. The cable around the earbud itself for 2-3" has a small plastic tube around it to give the buds more form around your ear so they stay secured better. Make sure that when you plug the cable into the buds that you carefully inspect the hard, black plastic around the cable connectors. There is a small little "L" and "R" printed indicating which cable plugs into which bud. Style wise I like them. I feel like I'm some sort of cyberpunk with ear implants. I'm just a nerd that way. The metal design feels durable and rugged. They are not huge and bulging. I find that they fit the profile of my ear well without really being visible if you were to look at me from the front. I will definitely purchase more from this company in the future. They are just too budget friendly to pass up compared to some of the other name brands out there that are more about the unboxing experience than the actual quality of the product. These come in a very small, minimally designed box. Less is more in my opinion and the presentation is great for these in terms of the box. They have a wire frame sketch of the buds on the front that I think is pretty cool. TL:DR Buy these. ... show more

At first these seemed tinny, with a little bass and not nearly enough volume. I realized that the wires, would have a formed section over your ear, we're pulling them out of proper fitment. I carefully warmed those sections with a low temp heat gun set at 200F, and then folded them into a rather complicated shape probably stranger than you're going to understand from the photo. Once I got it right they felt like they really clung to my head and the sound was 100% improved. The plastic was a little uncomfortable when I was pushing it around my ear after I'd heated it to 200° but that only lasted a second and did no harm to me, I am not telling you to do it that way. That's up to you. When playing with the fitment, pushing the earpiece around with my finger could change the sound significantly, I think I was interfering with the mic or something. I can't tell exactly how much I like them, but the sound is very crisp -- My questions still involve base and volume, although it's much better but I'm going to play with it a little bit further I think there's still too much leakage. I have problems getting many earbuds to fit nicely, so I believe my ears are a little bit out of the normal range and some regard or other. These are great for the price! I have had these for almost a year now and they are better than ever! They fit my ears perfectly and for being on a budget I am very shocked in the way these sound. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for in ears on a budget or just to start out with.

Sounds great. Very clear audio. Mid and high tones are perfect, but the base is a bit quiet, so might not be perfect if that's the type of listening you want to do. You can still hear most of what goes on outside of your buds, so it's good for when you still need to be aware, but not the best for immersion. The best part is that they're comfortable. They don't feel bad in my ears during long listening sessions. The media button doesn't let me do more than pause audio, which is a bit annoying, but I think that might be my phones fault. I'd like to be able to double press to skip songs like on other devices. I am happy with my purchase. ... show more
