This washing machine is one of the very best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. Believe me, that is saying a lot considering how much I order from Amazon!! I have been using this machine for 8 months without a single issue. It makes me happy every time I use it. I have a bit of a unique situation with the machine. We bought this machine to have as a second washer and it is used outdoors. We built a pantry type cabinet for it and set it on concrete. It drains directly out to gravel. We leave the drain hose stretched out and keep steel wool in the opening when not in use. We only have cold water going to it. We do a huge amount of outdoor work and our clothes can get extremely dirty. I didn’t want to put these clothes in my “good” washer! Plus, we have a dog that sheds like crazy, and we live in a windy place that blows dirt and sand into all of our outdoor pillows, throw, etc. This washer has gone way beyond any expectations I had. I have never failed to take anything out of the washer that is not squeaky clean. I just can’t believe what a great job it does - and with only cold water. The amount it holds is very surprising. All of the controls work perfectly. There are so many options on this machine. It does everything! The clean and self drying cycles are an added bonus. The lint trap really grabs the dog hair and makes it easy to dispose of. I just cannot say enough good things about this washing machine. It is such a joy and a pleasure to own and use it. Also, it was delivered quickly and packaged extremely well. I did a lot of research on portable washers before making my purchase. I am so happy that I bought this one. Actually, I find I am using it more and more for things I used to wash in my other washer. I know everyone has different situations and experiences, but for me, I could not be happier. (UPDATE) was promised a refund and after 3 weeks of waiting i never received the refund they promised me eventhough I tried to work with them to trouble shoot why the lights were on but the machine wouldn't run. I was willing to accept a replacement but they kept saying "refund" garbage customer service, garbage product. I got this for my small apartment. Ran my first load in this washer and I'm very impressed. It not only cleaned the clothes, but rinsed them very well. But I'll give you tips they don't tell you in the manual. TIPS: 1. Water level: The machine won't run if it's not filled to the water level you selected. If it's not running, it's because there isn't enough water. When it hits the right limit, it automatically blocks off your valve - In my bathroom that meant water went everywhere. 2. Draining: The water will drain without warning. If your hose isn't in the toilet or bathtub, you're going to have a mess. We used the toilet to drain but the water was coming so quick it almost overflowed. I strongly suggest draining into a sink or tub! Will update if this machine doesn't hold up, but so far I'm impressed. ... show more

Originally, I bought this same washer ( in the pic ), this past February. The washer was great, EXCEPT, it leaked. After coming in contact with the seller and explaining the issue; they offered me a full refund. I liked the machine and preferred a replacement. Within 5 DAYS of speaking w/ the seller- I had a replacement!!! This one has NO LEAKS!!!! I am very IMPRESSED with both the seller & this machine!! I’m not new to portable washer/dryers. When buying this one I was a little skeptical at the price but the last few I had bought were much more expensive and I was curious if I was throwing money away. After using the this machine, I was wasting money! This machine, in some respects, is better than the other ones I’ve used. What a wonderful thing to have clean laundry without going to the laundromat! This hooked up easily to my bathroom sink and I kept the hose at the level and angle they specified and also put a lint trap on the end- would highly recommend the lint trap! Drained it into the toilet bowl with the lid closed ( bowl was clean, of course! ). I’ve done sheets for a queen bed, futon covers, towels, pants, etc. all come out amazing and clean! Tried a deep clean, regular and quick wash all with 1/2 oz of laundry detergent- just as you would for an HE washer. Doesn’t take much at all to get really clean! Do: put the laundry soap in as it fills Try the quick wash- 22 minutes to clean clothes! Keep an eye on the hoses to make sure they are tight, but not over tightened Once you have that down, you are good to go! Don’t: Overfill- it holds plenty! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but I freaking love it so far! It jas all these options for programs for example heavy duty.....once in heavy duty for the stubborn soiled clothing it will stop and keep the clothes in soak mode but it will start up again. I guess it let's it sit so the soap can get into the dirt I don't know but I love this little thing! I thought it was heavy amd ots NOT! I was able to pick it up over my baby gate. I'm so happy with it and it's pretty quiet not too noisy. I recommend it honestly. ... show more
