What a wonderful thing to have clean laundry without going to the laundromat! This hooked up easily to my bathroom sink and I kept the hose at the level and angle they specified and also put a lint trap on the end- would highly recommend the lint trap! Drained it into the toilet bowl with the lid closed ( bowl was clean, of course! ). I’ve done sheets for a queen bed, futon covers, towels, pants, etc. all come out amazing and clean! Tried a deep clean, regular and quick wash all with 1/2 oz of laundry detergent- just as you would for an HE washer. Doesn’t take much at all to get really clean! Do: put the laundry soap in as it fills Try the quick wash- 22 minutes to clean clothes! She doesn't use the big washing machine because she is afraid of wasting water. AVOID AND DO NOT BUY THIS NON FUCTIONAL C(EXPLETIVE)P! Does not work! (UPDATE) was promised a refund and after 3 weeks of waiting i never received the refund they promised me eventhough I tried to work with them to trouble shoot why the lights were on but the machine wouldn't run. I was willing to accept a replacement but they kept saying "refund" garbage customer service, garbage product. I've done two loads with this yesterday when I got it today I'm doing the rest of the laundry only thing about this washer you have to watch for I did my first load after I get everything put together and it wouldn't drain I had to drain it by hand and it end up being a mess I had to tip the washer on its side and look underneath it well the hose was kinked so I had to take the thing that was on it off and fix it. ... show more

Another UPDATE!!!! I fell in love with this washer and used it for a month without any issues. I tried 4 times to contact the seller, but didn't get any response until I left an ugly review. Now they are issuing a full refund to me!!! I really loved this washer when I got it, as it was easy to set up and use, but almost 1 month to the day, it quit working. I've tried 4 different times to contact the seler. No luck. I got the washer later in the day, and had it set up in no time! I had to use plyers to tighten the connector to the sink, but once I did, I started washing clothes immediately! ... show more

I love this washing machine so much. Although drain hose is too short, I bought the another one. It can wash about 17pounds of clothes,The machine doesn't make much noise. The size is just right, and it doesn't take up too much space in the bathroom. it has many different modes for many types of cleaning options , each washing function has set the time. it is really convenient. The media could not be loaded. I'm not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but I freaking love it so far! It jas all these options for programs for example heavy duty.....once in heavy duty for the stubborn soiled clothing it will stop and keep the clothes in soak mode but it will start up again. I guess it let's it sit so the soap can get into the dirt I don't know but I love this little thing! I thought it was heavy amd ots NOT! I was able to pick it up over my baby gate.
