Look, I’m a young guy, but I’m the kind that wants a walk-in humidor, whiskey locker, and wine cellar as soon as I’m a home owner. I’m very particular about construction, longevity and purpose. Case elegance does it best, period. I have 4 humidors now, different styles, different companies, 2 being from case elegance (this one and the original, smaller, 50 cigar capacity one). Here’s what I love: -The Spanish cedar is real, and masterfully inlayed. - I’ve had my smaller one for over a year and a half now, reading is still accurate, and I’ve had to lightly season it only in winter, and do a full re-crystal season only once. -The humidifier setup is simply superior. No chance of it getting remotely close to your cigars, separation is key. The placement at the bottom, and sealing it off, is a superior design to any other I’ve had or seen, if it’s possible to trademark it I would, having a free-sitting humidifier in the midst of your cigars can cause so many unforeseen issues. If Case Elegance makes a humidor with this separated method of humidification and a more display-focused construction (instead of cigar on top of cigar), it’s literally over for any and all other companies. -The craftsmanship and overall look is always just so… elegant! Easy to take care of, looks absolutely stunning, and the engraving is incredibly worth it. Just so pleasing to look at, and the storage drawer is invaluable for lighters, cutters, ashtrays, etc. - Quick shout out to the shipping method, because they do NOT play around. Everything is tightly packed, surrounded by impact-absorbing bubbles, all the best protective methods. My box literally arrived beat up, and there was a whole other interior box that looked completely untouched, that’s how you know the product is safe no matter how it’s handled, which is obviously a concern. - If you’re buying this, remember you’re paying for not only a top-of-the-line humidor with full Spanish cedar lining, but also solution and crystals that will last you at LEAST 6 months, a detailed and perfectly written set up guide with pictures, and storage space. Amazing humidor, built well and looks elegant and well made. I had a problem with getting the humidity right. I contacted customer support, and was met with unmatched service. I broke my hygrometer, trying to replace it with the Klaro valet. Case elegance sent a new one right away, and walked me through getting the humidity level up. I live in the southwest where it is dry year round. My experience with this company has been excellent . I will be purchasing two Mag humidors, in addition to the octodor, one for my office, and one for my business partner’s office. If you are looking for the best, you will need this humidor. Really like the craftsmanship, it's a really nice looking piece and works fantastic. Took me a few days to get the humidity set and my cigars switched over, but the instructions and the customer support are top notch so easy to accomplish. Highly recommend.

I ordered this cigar box for my boyfriend's birthday and it originally arrived promptly, but had just one issue- the monogramed ingravment that was supposed to have his name was spotty and looked like it was peeling off. I immediately explained the situation to Case Elegance with photos and they responded right away and literally replaced the cigar box for me!! I was pleasantly surprised and want to show my support for a company that takes pride in their customer service. I bought this humidor less than a year ago for my fiancé as birthday gift. He absolutely loved it. It was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos online. I was really happy. However, we recently noticed it’s already falling apart at the seams and the front metal surround on the temperature gauge fell off as well. It sits on display on top of a corner bar in our family room and my fiancé tends to his cigars regularly, he takes great care of this so he is so upset. Very disappointed in the quality for the price I paid to have it falling apart not even a year after purchase. *UPDATE*- customer service reached out to me quickly after i notified them that the humidor was already falling apart. I liked their smaller version so much, I decided to upgrade to this big guy. If you like smoking bigger cigars like me this is by far the way to go. The bigger cigars (white label in top tray, and dark ones in the bottom) in the pictures I added are 6x60 and will give you an idea of space. Once you get it seasoned and dialed in on the humidity you’ll barely have to worry about it. The design of this box is very nice, and the finish is amazing. The drawer in the bottom is perfect for your lighters, cutters, punches and whatever else. I would definitely recommend this box and absolutely recommend the brand. ... show more
