    • Works but lots wrong
First the temperature gauge wasn’t working properly. They sent someone out but you know if it’s a temperature issue it needs right now help! Second the gasket inside door is falling off!? How can that be it’s brand new! Although I did ready that someone had an issue and was hoping it was an random issue. Guess not. Third, the hood/door is totally falling apart! Got an email to them. Hopefully they’re out asap? On the flip side the unit came fairly fast and efficiently. Apparently too fast. ... show more

Our unit has been in service for 4 months now and is holding temp well without any adjustments The only issue experienced was the gaskets on the doors. We open these quite a bit during our lunch rush and the gaskets kept coming out of the track. We put a little bit of flexible adhesive on them and they seem to be holding much better now ... show more
