We used this tarp to protect the floor during a four day art camp for middle and high school students at my church. It is very thin, but was durable enough for what we needed. There were a few spots where chairs and feet tore the tarp, but I was surprised by how little damage there was after four days of kids sliding chairs on it. We used masking tape to attached it to the floor, but we weren't able to remove the masking tape because it tore the blue surface off of the tarp. We purchased this tarp to cover our house during a renovation project, we were replacing our roof. Before purchasing the tarps in various sizes, my husband called the manufacturer to inquire about the product. He was told this is the tarp used by construction companies for jobs like we were doing. When we opened the tarps up, we were able to see daylight through the seams. Needless to say they did not work. We of course had rain after removing the roof and the tarps were worthless. The rain poured right through them. The tarps rip very easily and are covered in holes. Now we have thousands of dollars of damage to our ceilings because the tarps failed. The quality is very poor. Seams are not waterproof in anyway whatsoever. They rip very easily. Do not use to protect your house during a renovation. ... show more
