This is a decent camera for the price. It has good picture quality overall. The first unit I received was defective where as the picture was actually reversed from the way it should have been and there was no control ability to change that. I made contact with the supplier immediately and they were back in touch with me in a very short time. A replacement was sent out and it worked the way I expected it to along with additional control features that the previous did not have. I can not say enough for the positive response I received from this supplier. I wish there were more like them! ... show more

This webcam is a waste of money. It's a total ripoff. The sound does not function at all. Edit: The webcam seems to work very well on Linux systems. It has a nice clear picture and I'm happy with it. But I did have trouble getting it to work with Windows.

Ordered a second camera for use with Zoom meetings. This one seemed fine and was very affordable. I installed it and was amazed at the poor results. I think if you were in a studio setting with perfect lighting it would be okay. But if your just setting it up for simple plug and play I'd look elsewhere. These two pictures are with the Zoom app running and Zoom auto-blurring the background. Most light is natural from a window on my right. ... show more

Camera quality is superb. Can use with the tripod or hang over my own laptop. I am glad it has a cap to cover the camera when not in use. I always have cyber security and privacy concerns so this is a relief. I have a little complaint with the microphone inside though. When I test it and play back, the sound is a little muffling.
