Besides being heavy and bulky, it was hard to get it in the correct position so that all four "fingers" were touching at the same time. Not much heat. Item is being returned.

This is one of those massage tools. That is great. If you have really sore knots that need to be massaged out. I definitely don’t find it relaxing or soothing at the moment it’s being used because it really does dig quite a bit. However I appreciate that the next day when it has gotten several knots out of my neck or shoulder my arms don’t fall asleep as bad at night when I use this in my neck and shoulder area so I know it’s doing something to loosen up the knots that I’ve developed during the day. ... show more

What’s in the Box: This product includes the neck massager, instructions and charging cable. Final Verdict: This is a shiatsu style neck massaged that you can essentially strap on to the back of your neck. The build quality is quite nice and it feels well made. Using it is fairly simple, you place it on the back of your neck and then strap it on. I did find it a little difficult to strap on, and once you have it on, I feel like the buttons to control it can be difficult to reach/push, but overally, it works well. If you have a wider neck, the “massaging” might feel a little rough for you since the pieces that pinch and massage are fairly close together. Let's get it out of the way, the unit looks a bit goofy as it's a big block with 4 pegs sticking out of it and a handful of straps hanging all over. Once you use it, you couldn't care less about how it looks. The straps make a lot of sense, as they keep the right tension for the massager to do its thing. The massage arms give a STRONG massage. I panicked at first that I did something wrong, but it's just a nice, deep massage that feels just like a set of hands squeezing on your traps. The battery life is fairly amazing as well, with about 3-4 hours charge allowing for somewhere in the 1-1.5 hours of massage depending on speed and heating. This is a 4D massager that is heated and coreless. The material of this massager is very premium PU leather that feels like it will last very long time. This came already charged and upon testing it, I noticed that it did not fit around my neck perfectly. This massager is slightly smaller then others that I have tried but it still did the job after some adjusting. If you are a medium to small frame this will be perfect for you. If you have a large to extra frame, it will take some adjusting. I like the fact that this is cordless because with the 2200 built in battery, I cam able to take this in the car and use it on my way to work. This comes with 2 massage modes and even has a one level heater. The heater is very subtle and did not make a difference for me. The media could not be loaded. Likes: - powerful motor - kneading action feels like actual hands giving neck/shoulder massage - heats up gently which really helped relax my shoulders - cover is washable! - 2 kneading modes, 2 heat levels (on/off), 2 speeds - has handles to help adjust pressure and location, however when I adjusted the elastic wrap-around belt to be snug (not tight) the handles weren't needed - I love that this is hands free so you can sit and read or work while the neck massager works - auto-off after 15 minutes - easy to put on/take off on my own, including snapping and unsnapping the elastic belt that clasps behind the back - charged quickly - battery life seems long - love that this is wireless, so you can charge and then take it anywhere, even to the office - fairly quiet during use so you can easily watch television or have a conversation without it being a distraction - great value for the price! Dislikes: - product does have a bit of weight to it - while this could be a bit of a downside, it is necessary for the product to work well - it is not really noticeable once the product is situated on the neck/shoulder - wish the clasp on the belt was closer to the control panel so that it could be opened/locked from the front, however this is not a huge problem ... show more
