    • A Great Help
Post knee replacement I found myself barely able to do knee slides. Using this tool I am now able to comply with PT instructions to do multiple reps and sets per day. The footbed of this slider is on the “smallish” side but otherwise it works exactly as described. The consequences of not doing the PT exercises as directed are pretty serious and this far outweighs the cost consideration in my opinion . If you need help with your heel slides just do what you have to do and make the purchase so you can get to work on your healing. ... show more

    • Easy to use— can get more flexion with knee
I ordered this because i had total knee replacement . Achieving greater flexion quickly is so important after this surgery. The device is plastic and rope-but you put your foot in the device and pull your foot towards you with the handles to increase the flexion of the knee. It is a very simple design. It was expensive for what it is, and you could construct something similar for less money, but i wanted something easy to use. My home health PT had never seen one-and was impressed how much more flexion I was able to get in my knee by slow gentle continuous pressure by myself. It also slides easily on any fabric- (usually doing in bed post knee replacement). I got more flexion doing the pull myself than the. PT could forcing the flexion which is obviously more painful. I gave it 4 stars because of the price, but i figured if you divide that by the number of knees my husband and I will have it’s not so bad. ... show more

    • Just what’s needed after knee replacement
This device makes it so easy to build range of motion after knee surgery, in bed maybe but especially on the floor on the carpet. You can start each session with the small tolerable range and ease fully watch it grow. The knee tightens up again but compared to manual manipulation in PT it is considerably less painful and you can do this as many times a day a as you want, even while watching sports! Great after heat (after your doctor clears you for that). Overpriced, but I don’t care.     • Useful for small feet
I needed something to help after a left knee replacement so I'd do my heel slides. This was good, but the foot part is quite small (it fits me size 7). It wouldnt probably fit men or women with larger feet. The ropes are long, but can be shortened to make them useful. Expensive for what it is.

    • Knee Sled for Post Op Total Lnee Replacement!
If you’re having a Total Knee Replacement, this is definitely something you’ll need after surgery! I took PreOp Physical Therapy prior to having a TKR and the therapist said this is one of the first exercises you have to to after having TKR surgery. Doing the knee slide exercise three times a day at 10x3 (30), I could see where it’d work on one’s heel so this would be a protective of one’s heel! I’ve seen comments by others saying the boat/foot part wasn’t large enough which I wear a shoe size 10 medium and its size accommodates well and sufficiently without any problem. Hope this helps.
