My wife love this shampoo. My only reason for two stars is because the bottle pump came open and shampoo leaked all over the bag it was in. We ordered the conditioner and interestingly enough, it was not in a bag and the pump was locked and it did not leak.

I didn't want to love this shampoo. My stylist talked me into buying it the first time from the salon, and I swore I would just use that first bottle and be done with it because it's more expensive than I wanted to get into. I'm hooked though. It makes my hair feel soft and truly clean, but the part I can't do without is that it's the only shampoo I've found that keeps my extra fine hair from being staticky and frizzy since I moved to New England. So happy to find it here and save myself the drive. This is a very nice shampoo if your hair tends to be a little dry or you color it.
