First and foremost, awesome piece of machinery. Heats up fast, looks great on my counter, pretty quiet and does a lot of things for you without using your big oven. The only reason I do not give a five star rating is something that’s so small that I read from other reviews, that I didn’t think would be that significant once I owned and operated this product, but it did. The presets. It’s only pictures and you really need to memorize them to understand what those presets really mean. Perhaps make a quick reference guide to post or something. Other than that small little issue, this is a beast of a mini convention oven. One last little tip. Keep it to Cornish game hens that you want to do for the rotisserie setting, unless you find an extremely small chicken and tied up real tight. I hope this helps you if you read this. My wife and I do love this new addition. ** read settings and/or reviews on which rack level to use for pan. The settings will give a basic read out for suggestions on what your cooking, but, the rods heat up on the bottom and the top. I got this for my fiancée as a Christmas gift because she wanted an air fryer and a toaster oven in one. Air frying in it is amazing we love it but when it comes to the toaster oven the settings unfortunately don’t work as they’re supposed to. I’m not sure if that’s how they all are or if we just got a “special” one. ... show more

All the specs we read made this look like a pretty high-in oven that is digital. We took delivery then opened the instructions which left something to be desired because they were written by a non-English speaking person. But enough was there to begin using it and with practice my 69yo wife (who is the chef in our house) got the hang of it and loves it now. Everything it bakes or air fries comes out good! It's size bakes frozen pizzas just fine. I was relieved our investment in it is a win-win! Hint: buy the recommended copper clad accessories too. ... show more

This was the only large Convention oven/Air fryer that has a stainless steel interior, too. Being that we like to roast whole chickens, it is so easy to clean. Find that this oven is quick, very well insulated, and cleanup is a breeze, usually just a damp sponge will do. Only negative is learning how to adjust temperature if need to during cooking. This appliance comes with too little operating instructions, and those "how to operate" instructions don't seem to be available online for this brand. However, other name brands have in-depth tips for using the air fryer/toaster oven. After buying an additional cookbook, learned much more about the operations. The use icons are not explained, and for somebody who is elderly, this is not helpful. ... show more

    • The instructions are lacking !!!
The instructions are almost non- existent. They don’t explain a LOT of what it is supposed to do. What is mainly there are symbols. It comes with a recipe book and I looked at recipes to figure out a few things So if you have never had an air fryer, like me we will have to learn as we go. I do like the inside size of it. It says it will hold a chicken. Well, we will see when I try to figure out the rotisserie Nothing in the instructions at all about it or any of the other utensils sent with it. Very easy to use and works really well as an air fryer. I’ve already made some great meals including a whole chicken. The toaster feature isn’t good though, limiting the option of eliminating other appliances in the kitchen. The instruction manual and recipe book are also not the best.     • Good oven but wish it was shorter and wider
Replaced an old toaster oven. Oven works great but we have to turn our old pans sideways to fit them in the oven as it is narrower but deeper than my old oven. Cannot foresee ever using the rotisserie feature as the cavity is just too small to fit anything reasonably. Excited about the air fry feature but had to buy an air fry basket separately.
