The plastic handles on these things feels really cheap and like these items weren't built to last very long. That said, the scissors and knife are SUPER sharp. These scissors in particular cut things like a knife through butter. I don't know how long they'll stay sharp but for the moment, they are the sharpest things in my kitchen, and that's weird. What I expected for the price point. Handles are not high quality at all and hope they will withstand high usage. Edges of knife and scissors are sharp out of the package. If your looking for a cheap camping or trailer set this is perfect for you.
