We really wanted something that we could use in our RV - we do cook sometimes but there's almost no space for kitchen gadgets. These are a great solution for us, and they are easy to clean after using. I could see where someone with arthritis or any other difficulty with gripping might have problems, because for some things (like the grater) I find my hand cramps after long usage.
