I love my Forever Sharp knife. I have had 2 for over 15 years. Somehow, they went missing and after looking high and low for them, I gave up and went in search of them on Amazon. Well I found them, but the asking price was over $50 for one knife! Uh…no. So after looking around a bit, I found this knife. It looks almost exactly like the Forever Sharp one and the price was right. I took a leap of faith and ordered it. Well folks, I am a happy camper! I use this thing for almost everything. Cutting meat, bread, fish and even some vegetables. It is super sharp and requires very little effort. The best part? It’s a tie actually. I can’t decide if I like the fact that it can be put in the dishwasher or that it does NOT need to be sharpened. I hate hand washing anything, and sharpening knives is time consuming.     • Like the “Ginsu” knives of the 90’s
If you ever owned a “Ginsu” knives from the 90’s that claimed to cut anything, this is it. I use it mostly in my yard for cutting through hard to cut ice plant, etc. I also have one in my kitchen for bread or tomatoes. Works great for either application! Love it!

    • This is the real thing.
This knife cuts everything from bread to sod. I got a ginsu knife over a decade ago, but eventually wore it out. I bought another one last year from Amazon and it was terrible. This one however, is fantastic I really do use it to cut sod. Works great.

When we unboxed it, you could tell it wasn't going to last long. We expected a year or 2...sadly it made it about 4 months before the handle part of the knife became loose and dangerous. I dont recommend this knife. Put out a little more money for a better quality knife. This one is equivalent to flushing ur money down the toilet... ... show more

I don't know if this is "the one" but man it's great. Everybody laughs at me because I own a ginsu tv knife. Until they use it. See you don't need a lot of knives you need the right knives. My go to knife is sharp. I like sharp knives. But every once in a while you need a good serrated blade for stuff. Bread. Actually for other people to cut bread because I am using my knife. But then everyone says, "hey this is awesome. Wow this knife is great. And I nod my head because even though I know this people pick on you because I have a tv knife. So now they have one because it is a great gift I give out and now they have the knife and suddenly it is cool. Own few things but make sure they are fantastic.
