If they love their products they will present them as best as they can. So the bed itself. I was not aware that you should give it 24 hours to completely get its fluff and my new dog was watching me open it for the first time . It was not a problem at all because after a few shakes like you would do a towel to get the water out it was puffed plenty. It did fluff even more over night. My dog loves this bed . I've been trying to find a bed for my cranky 10 year old Catahoula mix. He's 53lbs and I got him a Large. I actually waited two weeks to give it to him because I was really sure he'd hate this one too. I was wrong. He loves it. He sleeps like the dead on it. In fact I have checked on him several times to make sure he is still breathing because of how relaxed he looks. I have donated about four beds he did not like so... I'm very relieved. My dog loved the bed, but unfortunately got sick and threw up on it the first night. It will not fit in my extra large washing machine. I will have to take it to the laundry mat and use an industrial machine to wash it. I am very pleased with it other than that. It seems kinda dumb to review this myself so instead ill just explain my dog reviewing it in the photos. My dogs been pulling and trying to fluff the old bed she was sleeping on, I got the message and ordered a new one. I Was a little concerned on how thin it was but for the foot of my bed its perfect, I didnt want a full thickness bed on top of a matress. Once she realized the bed was for her and not a new blanket for me she got comfortable and I took the first photo. I bought this for the dog to sleep in our bedroom. I got a large. Definitely comes a lot smaller with it jumbled in the middle. It looked like it was meant to put in a crate.
