    • Cooks well and is pretty easy to use.
I've only made a couple dinners in this so far and it cooks well enough. The inner pot has a non-stick surface and makes cleaning a bit easier. There are so many of these types of cookers on the market these days it's hard to say if this is any better or worse than other brands.     • I'm impressed, a convert for pressure cooking now
I was able to cook a beef bone broth for Vietnamese Pho in 2 hrs. that normally would take me 12 hrs. to make. It was daunting at first the idea of a pressured cooking appliance so I set it up outside just in case. Seems like I was over thinking it. Everything worked fine and it does have safety features for just in case. It was quite simple to use, reading the manual got me more confused than it needed to be. But actually going through the process and operating the control, everything made sense. The only criticism is probably the size. The 8 quart capacity is more than enough for most things but broth is probably that one exception. 8 quarts doesn't make nearly as much broth as I usually make, especially with it only being filled to the 2/3 safe limit and the displacement from the bones and other ingredients. ... show more

I use this at least once or twice a week now. It's so easy to use and makes a lot of food fast for my big family of six. It's essential to read the basic instructions to fully understood has to use it. Clean-up is a little challenging and takes a while but it's worth it.
