Update: I contacted customer support and they are going to fix the issue! Jacqueline was super helpful and was very quick to respond! My daughter loved this at first. She is 1.5 years old and could play on it for hours. The only complaint is the battery life and the remote. The remote has stopped working(even after replacing batteries) and resetting it. Also the levers are broke now. They will only work if you move them just right, and my 1.5 year old does not understand that so now she gets to just sit in it. I bought two for my grand kids,18 mos & 6 yrs. (6 yr old is only 45 lbs) They had a blast with them. I would have given 5 stars except for a few minor things. First, the wiring assembly was slightly different from each other, but it was easy enough to figure out. 2nd, the seat belt was too long and wouldn't tighten securely around my toddler. 3rd, I recommend moving the on/off switch to the side or back so my toddler couldn't reach it. He kept shutting it off and on while riding it. But great fun! ... show more
