I’ve been meaning to write this review. This tablet has stopped charging. For months we had been balancing the tablet just right leaning on the charger port when it was plugged in to get it to charge. Today is the day officially it will no longer charge. First, I must say before you put on the screen protector makes sure you take off the film that is on the screen. I almost put the screen protector right on top. it is very hard to see and take off. Then, I must say that the customer service is great! I bought this gift for my 6 year old son for Christmas. It only lasted 2 weeks before the screen broke. I contacted the email that is on the frequently asked questions that is inside the box (instruction manual) and at first they said that the screen wasn't covered due to drops and what-not and offered me 50% refund. I asked for them to reconsider and explained to them that it only lasted about 2 weeks and that the tablet was unusable. The screen had broken under the protector. They shipped me a whole new one. First I rated it a 5, worked great for my two year old. He handles it well. And is very good with it. I now notice after a few months the screen isn’t working as well and it’s starting to take some time to load up. The kick stand could sit up better and is kinda cheap BUT any accidental drops has kept the screen from breaking. Suggesting the screen issues could be due to that. Overall happy with purchase but it’s not a long term tablet. Nothing like an iPad. Worth the money though. I like the option for it to be closer to a normal tablet and kids setting and I could get all of the games and YouTube kids which was a deal breaker for me with some of the others. I’d you’re looking for a first time tablet this is great. If you’re looking for something for a 6+ year old then I’d get something better for sure. Kids are impatient and it could be faster. durability is aweful the case is definitely not sturdy enough for a kids tablet got it less than two months ago and couldnt stand the heat- check out UMIDIGI- we have 3 of those and not realizing there was another color went on a wim and got this one so theyd all be different - BAD decision. CHECK OUT UMIDIGI instead!! you wont regret it for the case doing its job !! :) ... show more

I was happy to find a 10 inch tablet that came in a good variety of cover colors as I wanted to buy four different colors so each of my little ones could have a unique color. The covers are a little loose and the stand is not very strong. The setup was fairly easy. I am disappointed with the speed of the devices, it takes about five minutes to get powered up and YouTube Kids active. A couple of times each one of the devices has randomly gone back to the main screen and when I tap the YouTube Kids icon it just keeps going back to the main screen, rebooting clears the issue. These are ok for small children that will be patient for the device to boot up, but definitely not for someone who expects a device to boot up and be ready for use in under two minutes. ... show more
