My 8 year old son loves this camera. It’s not just a camera it also has a few simple games on it. I find it is very easy for him to use on his own. It’s small and lightweight with a wrist strap for him to carry around. He had fun decorating it too with the adorable stickers that was included.

The media could not be loaded. I grabbed this product for my daughter and she loved everything about it! Camera does a pretty great job taking pictures and videos as well! My 3 year old absolutely loves this camera. Especially because it has a zoom style lens so he turns the lens and the camera zooms. I do wish the zoom was faster since it takes awhile to for the camera to zoom all the way. It's not a smooth transition. But thats really not a negative. Picture quality is ok, not going to blow any phone cameras out of the water. Definitely for kids but still fully functional! Very durably made as it survived a torture test from a 6 year old. This camera for little kids must have been designed for someone who actually was a parent. It's affordable enough that your child can make mistakes with it or even damage it. And you're not going to take a big hit. But it's very much designed for children with bright plastic colors and big knobs and buttons they can handle. Would be suitable for most special needs children. At the same time, kids can play around with the same features as an adult camera, such as the zoom lens, and learn about that concept. The images are actually of good quality. Certainly much better than other toy cameras I have seen. If you don't want to keep lending your child your cell phone to take photos, and risk damage to an expensive device, you can give them this and rest easy. Great way to teach them about composition and colors or send them out in the backyard to take photos, then take a few minutes out of your day to explain what the different things are that they photographed. Would be really great for little nature lovers. And it's a fun way to teach kids about facial expressions and the moods and emotions that accompany them so that they can learn to express themselves better or pick up on social cues.
