I have curly hair that i have bleached and color conditioner i think is amazing, not necessarily this product because i have only tried this brand but all i can change the color of my hair after a few shampoos. i didn't even dye my hair and i achieved the desired color from just using this conditioner. for the curly hair people, you will have to use another conditioner after using this ( remember to use colder water) to pop the curls, this conditioner doesn't feel bad on the hair but it doesn't feel like my hair is at its best after just using this product, granted i bleached my own hair multiple times so if you had it done by a professional you might need just 1 or 2 more products to curl your hair. ... show more

    • Fix the pump!

I love this product, but I can't stand the pump. It is hit and miss on if you get one that actually works. The recent one I got, none of the tips in the A & Q area worked, so I'm going to have to toss it. Thankfully I've saved one that worked from a couple years ago. Please get a different pump on this. I know I'm not the only one with this issue. The product leaves my hair feeling great. I've used several different colors of Keracolor and have bleached level 8 hair from a natural level 2-3 East Asian hair and have found that Keracolor isn't super drying to my hair and it does deposit color. Sometimes it does take a few wash-ins for the color to build, but I like that I can add to the intensity. Some do wash out faster than others, such as the Merlot. I could see the color rinsing out each time and even though it tinted the water and hence my towel, it didn't stain. It easily laundered out. I didn't experience that with any other color and I've tried Rose Gold, Silver Blue, and Mocha Latte. Its staying power depends on your hair's porosity and how often you wash your hair, but I find that it lasts me a good 2 or 3 weeks, but that's with some touch up in between. The color can also be a bit spotty depending on application. For refreshing your current color, I would say it's fine to wash in as you would do for co-washing. But if you're trying to change your hair color, then applying it in sections to dry hair is best, and make sure each section is saturated. I know, it sounds like standard hair coloring, but with this I can be a bit messier/lazier and not worry because the colors so far haven't stained any white sinks, countertops, clothes, or skin. It all has washed out fine. Oh, and just to mention, none of the colors I have tried cover any grays, nor did I expect them to. Lastly, I do notice some hair fall out with use, as I do with coloring in general. So I tend to give my hair some breaks from the coloring process. The hair that does come out is more like if I hadn't brushed my hair in one or two days, so it doesn't seem excessive to me. I do like this product, and will use again in the future. ... show more

    • Lovely color, hard to open

The color is beautiful and it is easy to use, however, when I *tried* to open the bottle, the pumping mechanism completely broke. It wouldn't turn so the pump could pop out. It was as if the pump was fused together.

I used this to kind of cover up some pink color on my hair which I’d say the product did do. I’ve got brown hair now so it’s not as dark as expected but it does work in terms of coloring the hair itself. Though it is fading rather fast.

I'm not sure why any bottle I have had of this stuff, the pump does not work, but I love the clenditioner so I deal with just squeezing it out. Works great, helps keep my red/pink color vibrant between dyes.

    • My gray hair!
Size: 12 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) Color: Mocha
I have white temples and the rest is salt & pepper brown/gray. I was using the Red Clenditioner color - but when it fades it looks too pink on my white temples. I was going for a more natural look so I bought the Mocha in hopes it would add some brown to the red and not turn so pink. Unfortunately, the Mocha with the Red seems to fade into somewhat of a lavender. So, now I have added Copper to the mix. It seems to be toning down the red a bit and working well with the Mocha. I will continue to work with all 3 colors to get the richness I like. Red is giving me a strong undertone, Mocha adds "natural" color and Copper adds overall highlights and sparkle. Notes! This color is supposed to fade - it isn't permanent. Clenditioner cautions up front that the color doesn't cover gray well. Copper alone on brown/gray was too orange (way back in the beginning I started with Copper first then switched to Red.) Red alone on brown/gray looks too "fake." Mocha seems to help tame the other colors down but isn't very strong on its own. ANY color can take several applications to get to the color you want to achieve. To maintain the color I ONLY use Clenditioner - not any other shampoo or conditioner. I put Clenditioner on dry hair and leave it on for 30 minutes. Use gloves. I cover my bathroom sink with a large potty pad. Clendtioner can stain some surfaces. I wash it out in the kitchen sink. It got everywhere when I washed it out in the shower. Clenditioner leaves my hair soft and shiny with bounce. I won't use anything else! ... show more
