    • Works GREAT to eliminate gold
Like most I pay a great deal of money to get my hair lightened. It’s important to me to have the right platinum color because I have a lot of gray. I have always been exceptionally sensitive to gold, red, brassy tones in my hair. I don’t like them. At all. This product works! I use it once or twice a week, following the directions, and my color stays the tone I want, as it was when I left he salon. If I leave the product on too long, I do get a purple hue, so I simply set a timer on my phone. Mixing it with my conditioner works to make it last longer, although the product is an excellent conditioner by itself. I find it pricey, but the tub lasts a long time and how often can you say something truly works?! ... show more

The first time I used this my hair was wet and I left it on for about 10 mins. It worked pretty okay, i should have left it in longer because my hair was very yellow after bleaching. the second time I blow dryed my hair right after shampooing and put it on and left it for 30 mins and really saturated my hair and it was perfect. It was ashy and white and beautiful and left purple and blue highlights which looked very cool in the sunlight. Pros: It was a great deep condition after bleaching my hair. It felt very soft and fresh after using. It did take all of the yellow brassy color out which is what I got it for in the first place. It smells amazing and doesn't stain which is great. I love that the container is made from ocean plastic :). I also got 3 applications before I ran out. Cons: I wish that the results lasted longer. It washed out after 3-5 washes. The directions didnt say if you should apply to wet or dry hair or how saturated the hair needed to be so I had to do a little experimenting to figure out what worked for me. works exactly like I expected. I love what the company is about. I do wish the results lasted a bit longer, but other than that I'm completely satisfied. ... show more

Are use this for the first time last night. Are used it on dry hair and applied it first at my scalp and then threw out to the end I made sure to flip my hair over and get the underside of all my hair. I left it on about seven minutes, and then thoroughly rinsed. I did spray a tiny bit of leave in conditioner after just to make sure I could comb through it. However I noticed that this product almost worked as a conditioner in that I didn’t really need to use my detangling spray. The smell was subtle but nice fresh and clean smelling. I have lots of brown pretty much light brown and about 70% highlighted hair. What I received for results were my blonde was definitely platinum-ish, and my brown seem to blend nicer with it rather than having a two toned affect. I love this because it will allow me to go longer in between coloring my hair. I also love the way it looks so much less brassy and more natural. I’m going to use it again on wet hair and see how it works that way and update. However I think it works fine on dry hair unless I guess your hair was totally bleached blonde then possibly may give you more purple tones I didn’t really notice any purple tones in my hair. I’m very satisfied with this product especially since my hair felt soft and smelled great and I didn’t notice any breakage on my comb at all which I normally do get some breakage. All in all this is a great product I love especially I’m going to use it again on wet hair and see how it works that way and update. However I think it works fine on dry hair unless I guess your hair was totally bleached blonde then possibly it may give you more purple tones I didn’t really notice any purple tones in my hair. I’m very satisfied with this product especially since my hair felt soft and smelled great and I didn’t notice any breakage on my comb at all which I normally do get some breakage. All in all this is a great product I love especially that it is vegan, And not tested on animals! So happy about that.
