I have used this adjustable dumbbell set consistently 3 to 4 times a week over the last 3 months. I was initially hesitant to buy it, but it has been worth every penny. I have used it mostly as an adjustable set of weights and kettle bell. Adding and taking off weights is pretty easy, quick and efficient. I wanted to increase the intensity/type of at-home weightlifting in my routine, and scoured all options before committing to this Keppi set. I was partial to the brand, as I previously invested in their adjustable 25lb dumbbell set and have put I through it’s paces, with great result/durability (still use em 3X/wk minimum), BUT, made my final decision after looking at all options. I’m glad I went with this at, as it has proven to be the right choice- super easy to add/remove weights, a pre-padded bar which is great for hip thrusts, and the non metal, angled* shape of the plates means less noise/chance for cosmetic damage, and*** they don’t roll.
