Within the last few months, this item would stop rotating in the middle of a job causing catastrophic errors and a loss of revenue. If you reed a rotary item, go with someone else.

Works as described. Of course every engraver is different so it took a few tweaks but I’m very happy with it and we’ve done some awesome tumblers with it. It’s sturdy and well-made and I would definitely get it again. T
