The media could not be loaded. Came quickly in good condition. Instructions, security cable and 2 keys included. (You'll need to buy 4 AAA batteries) Definitely not a Fort know type box but will definitely keep unwanted kids/ family out. Tools and time would be needed to get in. I like the biometric unlocking for quick access. The code and key back-ups are important. Easy to reset bio or keypad if you need to change them. Will fit my firearm and 2 mags easily. This vault is notably heavy with a solid steel wall structure. Fits 2 C W handguns no problem. It is padded, but I need to add more padding to prevent the guns sliding around, which I had a suspicion I would need to thicken it up. Very easy to program!

We got this to have a place to securely store our carry guns in the house where our toddlers couldn’t get to them. After a couple months I started having issues with this safe. It would take numerous times to read my thumb print to open and then it wouldn't close. I tried new batteries and resetting everything, with absolutely no luck. It just got worse and worse. I can't return either because it was beyond the return period. $80 down the drain!
