So I didn’t take the measurements, so it was bigger than I expected, but it ended up fitting nicely in the enclosure. I have a winter white hammy, and it was actually a perfect size for him. I was able to add a full 3lb bag of sand to it. It is a little heavy, especially with the sand though. The tree bark food dish was a nice addition, as well as the detachable slope that allows the hammy to access the shelf above the sand. ... show more

Product arrived broken and the packaging was a bit questionable. You can tell it was re-taped due to the excessive tape used. I didn't feel like repairing/re-enforcing a newly purchased product that should've arrived in peak condition, so I am returning it.

Very unhappy that the back where the wood goes together their was chips and holes ! To which the sand would flow out it! Other then that it is more geared for a Dorf hamper size so they can get in and move around ! We filled holes with wood glue !
