It only takes 2 minutes to set up after erecting your main canopy. Used for a month on a cross country trip. Went from desert heat to glacier cold. Held up beautifully. Definitely recommend. Pretty easy to install, just leave your canopy on the lowest upright position to hang the top, then set the pegs in the ground, raise the canopy to proper height, install the support pole to hold the back wall out, attach all 3 guy lines and stake them out. Simple Being from the PNW, I did apply additional waterproofing in prep for bad weather, had no leaks, and when the window is slightly down, no condensation either. ... show more

I wasn't too sure of what use I'd be able to get out of this, but truly it's already become a car camping staple for us. Car camping with a dog and a baby, we loved being able to zip up the kid in here and out of our sleeping tent to play while we were cooking over the dangerous fire. We also liked being able to use this as a place to store the half-eaten food that my toddler wanted to snack on later and to keep it bug-free (we did not leave any food in this tent overnight or when we weren't at the campsite though bc of bears!). We haven't slept in it, but it seems like it would be fine for sleeping in as well. Really liked it for our purpose though! ... show more

Instruction is next to nothing. The poles make the center sag. Luckly, we did not have rain. This is great idea in concept. It could be perfect for food and cooler storage, an extra sleeping space, or just extra storage for any gear. The sagging was frustrating. There just isn't a way to support it from poles, top or sides to make it not sag. we did spray water proofing on this hoping to prevent leaks from happening. ... show more

After two camping trips in this tent it’s been great! Both camping trips had rain and while the material of the tent is not very thick, it is fairly water resistant and even traps air inside quite well. I read before purchasing that the top was not the best for letting water run off so easy fix I made was just using a similar color tarp as top cover and simply put two ping pong balls on the support stakes so they do not puncture the tarp. Now it’s extremely water proof from the top. The footprint on the tent is a few inches high and is good at keeping water out as well. The window is great, having a zipper on either side makes it easy to control air flow. I can easily fit a wise owl hammock and stand inside and allows ample floor space for bags. The tie downs for tent could be better as mine would not hold tension very well so those got upgraded for a better set with metal tensioners. All said, I love this tent and plan to use it on many more trips! ... show more

I can’t stand this thing! First major peeve is the door zipper… why would you put only 1 zipper on the actual door opening that starts at the bottom, of all ridiculous places, so when you want to get in or out the floor becomes one with the ground and any little critter that want to get out of the rain can make a mad dash to shelter. I don’t know about you…, but I’m not a fan of tent centipedes.😬 The other “awesome” thing is if there is any type of puddling the floor lets that “stuff” in too. Yay camping 🙄 and the clencher is the screen door has 2 zippers for your breezy convince… Now to the stupid stupid poles. So they are sticks with almost sharp metal points that just hang out waiting to impale someone clumsy enough to trip around them. They don’t even work properly. They rely on tension to hold the wall straight so heaven forbid you should be somewhere where there’s wind because they won’t hold if they have to stand up to anything above a slight breeze. I’m sad and disappointed this is a part of my camping arsenal. Makes our spot look trashy. Hopefully I can return, that would be the company’s only savings grace. I feel like I just accepted one of those BS flyers from those people on the street and now I have to figure out where to throw it away…. Pics attached #1)We taped the end of the pole so no one would hurt themselves #2)zipper door open with “floor” on grass #3)stupid location of only zipper on door Ok #2 and #3 are not loading so I’ll try and repost those 2 later. Got pics up but 2 is 3 and 3 is 2… *********UPDATE*********** Was able to return so at least I dont have to be taunted by it. So at least the company is willing to work with you if you are not satisfied. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for customer service satisfaction. I still have to mail it back and receive my refund but as long as that goes smoothly I’m happy so I will split the difference with them and give 3 ⭐️’s **********UPDATE********** Ok return went smoothly!!! Ok so I would definitely buy from this company again. I mean, not all product designs can be winners but at least they make it easy to rectify.
