This rack arrived on time disassembled in a box with instructions for assembly. The instructions are mostly pictures of the parts that show how they go together. I had no problem following them. The rack is sturdy and holds all of my Ryobi cordless tools. 5 drill/drivers, oscillating tool with 2 adaptors and a container of bits, reciprocating saw, jig saw, brad nailer and a box of brads, 5-1/4 and 7" circular saws, 2 battery chargers and 6 batteries. plus a couple hammers and several screwdrivers. I was very pleased when I bought this shelving unit. The steel is a thick gage and it was easy to assemble. Note that it takes common sense, the assembly instructions are severely lacking. THE DIMENSIONS are inaccurate. The marketing photo shows 31.7” width. That is the INSIDE width. The outside overall width is 32.5 in. I only had a 32” space, thus it is being returned. ... show more

Construction is solid, held everything in pic easily. I placed the bottom of the rack on existing 2x4s so that helped. Wish the power tool holders were adjustable, I had to get creative in placing some tools, and other wouldn’t fit so they were set on the shelves. Space between shelves is a little tight for a power strip like the one I have, I had to move it to the side. Value for price was solid, but not exceptional. 8/10 ... show more

Once assembled, it's very sturdy and carries quite a bit of weight when installed correctly. Very clear instructions and it took me 15 minutes to assemble. In under an hour I had it secured to some spare 1x3s screwed. to the studs. I filled up the rack very quicky as I have a BUNCH of batteries including Dewalt 18v, 20v and GreenWorks 40v, 60v and 80v (don't ask). I've orderd a second one to mostly hold the chargers. I need to figure a way to securely mount the charger bases without drilling into a printed circuit board. I didn't buy the larger version because I don't have enough wall space. Note I added the 1x3s because the mounting holes on the frame are about 15.5" apart. I think I coud have used 4" deck screws to catch the studs and I'll mount the next one like that. Just in case, I used small lag bolts this time around and I now realize it's overkill. GREAT product! ... show more

1 of the power tool hanger shelves was longer than the unit by approx 1/2". So either don't use that shelf or.....ZIP TIES! I was able to line up the inner screwsbto the holes and just have the outer part over hang, then zip tied the outer part. Not worth sending back over, but still inconvenient.

I mounted this next to my door so my most commonly used hand tools are readily available. The lower hangers are spaced so none of the cordless tools are too crowded, and fit with 4.0ah batts installed. The shelves are adequate for tape, knives, bits, snips, etc. The end piece for screwdrivers works as intended. I haven't found a use for the slotted piece on the opposite side they show toy hammers hanging in. If that were designed to be more useful it would be 5 stars. Overall, worth the price. ... show more
