Love this metal rack on wheels. PROS- 6 shelves, 3" heavy rubber wheels, 2 w/ step locks. Sturdy rack & shelf, heavy duty enough to put 48 gal bins. Not sure the lb rating, but I've put tools, automobiles batteries/parts, can goods, etc. With 80% loaded, I can still roll it to move the shelves in the garage. This is my third time ordering from the company, price is about $10-15 more then a couple of years ago. 1st order of 6, shipped with damaged box, no damage parts. 2 order of 6, damage boxes w/ slight bent on a couple of shelves. Last order of 2, no damage at all. I have these lined up side by side along my garage, floor to 7' high. I would buy more, but my garage is full. Highly recommended! ... show more

Very easy to assemble by one person, sturdy and well made. Looks very good. The wheels make it so much easier to move around and the locking wheels keep it from moving when you don't want it to. (It also comes with leveling feet if you want a stationary unit.) I like that the shelves are adjustable. All in all, nothing but 5 stars all around. We have ordered 3 of these shelving units at different times, and absolutely love them ! One we use in the house for storage of many heavy boxes, heavy cleaning jugs and many other items. The other 2 are used in the garage for storage of heavy tools, miscellaneous filled containers, filled crates, heavy rolls of wire, boxes of many heavy truck and auto parts, etc., etc. We ordered the ones on wheels so makes for easy pull-out to clean/vacuum. And FAST SERVICE ! WOW, came several days ahead of schedule. Easy to put together, too. I'm a senior woman and I put them together (of course, being my 3rd one now), I'm a pro at putting together in like not even a half hour. I purchased this to store paint and drywall tools in my basement. I also plan on using it to store all of the batteries I use for my power tools and lawn mower and snow blower that need to be stored inside in a warmer environment than my garage during the winter. Nothing really heavy. So even though it's not really heavy duty it's still fine for my usage. Shipping was fast but the box that this is packaged in is very poor. So poor that it doesn't surprise me that others have received it damaged. Mine came with some tears in the box exposing the contents inside but luckily nothing was damaged. But when I got the box opened and tried to move the box across the floor, the box literally fell apart. Hands down the worst box I've ever had anything delivered in. Assembly was fairly straight forward. The only thing I would add would be a rubber mallet for tapping the shelves down onto the plastic wedge sleeves that hold the shelves in place. Even though the rack is easy to assemble, it is very easy to see how it can be put together wrong and put together wrong will greatly compromise it's strength. Put together correctly it's fairly stable. Once put together you can see why I'm saying it's not heavy duty. When you push down on the mesh shelves with just your hands it's easy to see the flex in the shelve. Of course this is partly why the directions list a 350lbs weight max but that weight needs to be evenly distributed. For me I placed all of my paint cans on the bottom evenly distributed and see no problem. The rest of the shelves easily handled everything else I've placed on them. Overall if assembled correctly and used according to the instruction this is a good shelf. I will probably purchase another one for additional storage but for my garage where I have heavier items I would not recommend this. ... show more

I got this for my life partner's art room. She needed something sturdy to store lots of stuff and this was perfect. We didnt use the wheels, but it's a nice option. I think I'll be ordering more of these for storage in the tool shop.

Bottom shelf to the 4 supports, then measure down from ea. support, to snap/click in place the plastic pieces. Then slide down each shelf !! Simple and sturdy !! Great for our Laundry room. Like it so much, we bought a second one !!
