This is the best crate I've bought in my life, so easy to pack up and move to and from my friends house. Its basically the impact crate but your not paying the 1300 it would cost if you bought from them. The latch latches strongly, easy to fold (just make sure to remove dog toys first, made that mistake), super strong (can contain my 40 pound Aussie easily (size medium). No creaking or screeching in the hinges. Matches my esthetic of industrial that everyone notices and comments on. I took a photoshoot of my dog and her breaking out of her old crate and putting her in a jail suit outfit and sending her to "maximum security doggy jail." Even had the front and side mug shots next to her crate with a sign saying what she was in there for ahah. Was a perfect funny Facebook story post. ... show more

My neurotic (but otherwise very sweet) Siberian Husky has separation anxiety and does not tolerate a wire crate well. After he destroyed several cheap wire crates, I finally gave in and bought this crate. Not only has my dog calmed down considerably in this new crate, but he’s unable to break out or cause any damage to this crate. It’s also about half the price of an Impact crate, and from what I’ve read, the design is pretty similar to the first generation Impact crate without the eye watering price. Ordered 2 of these for our Malinois and German Shepard. They look great and appear to be really sturdy, however, the support on one of the crates is missing 2 rivets which appears to have slipped by QC and never been installed. Not sure how this will effect the strength of the crate.

Keeps our Weimaraner contained. He’s broken the welds from wire cages and has very high anxiety when we leave him alone. Needed this for camping trips mainly and the folding feature allows us to get it through the camper door. I think besides the construction being rigid, the low visibility out of the cage assists in a calming aid for a high strung dog. We have ours stationed underneath a countertop and is blocked by three sides (so only the front has visibility). Definitely worth the money and great quality cage overall. ... show more

Just got this for my pitbull mix, it's probably a little roomy for her size but that's on me. I'm a little worried because she does get anxious with storms and this is not meant for anxious dogs but I like that it comes with extra screws to make it sturdier. I plan to update this review after a couple of months of use. I was able to set this up by myself, it's a little heavy but easy to do and the instructions in the box were easy enough to follow. Sold my Impact crate for 2 of these and the quality is on par with Impact but I will say the Impacts are a little better quality. For the price though, these are going to be the best bang for your buck aluminum crates and I’ll be getting more in the future. My 65lb golden retrievers fit perfect in the mediums. ... show more
