My hair was squeaky clean after one lather and it brought back a lot of curl for me. It got rid of product buildup quickly but I had to do a deep conditioning treatment after because my hair felt pretty dry.

    • It’s my first clarifying shampoo to use so I don’t know what to expect but it did clean my hair
I usually use scalp scrubs, but this is my first clarifying shampoo, it did the job of cleaning my hair very well. I bought it to use the K18 treatment. So I didn’t use conditioner or mask after. It did make my hair dry but also my hair still have a bit of dryness on the ends from highlights I did a year ago. However after using the mask my hair was good to use, so I guess I will just use this shampoo when am using the K18 treatment mask. Lately I usually have a bit of oily roots after the day I shower as I do make scalp oiling and hair and feel that other shampoos don’t really get rid of all of the oil, so I feel this shampoo is good to use after oiling hair as it really gets all of the oils out. I have a long and very very thick hair and usually my hair takes long to dry but when I used this my hair dryer very fast. I think this shampoo should be used maybe maximum twice or once a month, as it really does what it say it cleans your hair from everything, and it’s a good thing to use before K18 treatment mask. It’s considered affordable for me the bottle would last me for months personally as I would use it twice a month, I think people who have oily scalp should definitely use it more as usually the second day after I put oil on my hair, my roots are oily, but after I used this one it’s not oily at all. ... show more
Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2024 by I just received it with the K18 detox shampoo, and used both of them, I styled my hair after that and I can see some difference, am going to follow the instructions and come back for an update but I do feel a difference from the first try hopefully I will be able to get good results

It comes out of the bottle a strange dark color, but I feel my hair is so smooth afterwards.

    • Hair color's brighter & more vibrant.
My colored hair can be dry & frizzy & I've been using K-18 repair mask w/my normal shampoo. After only one shampoo with K-18 detox shampoo, the color's brighter & more vibrant and the texture's noticeably smoother & more manageable. :)
