Got this for Christmas for my 2 kids (both under 5 years old). They absolutely love it except about 3 weeks from the time we put it up we heard terrible cries only to see that the straps to the swing had ripped and they'd crashed and bashed their heads on the ground. We got this model specifically for the swing, but they absolutely need to change how the swing hangs, preferably with some sort of metal hanging system instead. I would say the actual structure is sturdy feeling, but due to the safety concerns with the swing and I wouldn't want another kid to get really hurt, 1 star. ... show more

    • Need to learn some knots!
Mesh sling seat with 3 points of secure nylon to go around the points of the triangle on the dome. However, you need to wrap the cording around the poles to further secure it but I think I need to take a knotting class to make sure I can tie the cording well enough to keep it in place. There must be a better way to secure the sides. ... show more

This was bought for my two kids and I was SO excited to let them play on it. Opening the box was a harsh realization that this was going to be no fun for me. I spent 4 hours assembling this and I’m pretty sure I there was a pole that was not included or was too long in it. The directions were not too hard to follow but the amount of parts was crazy. Hoping this brings some fun for my kids because I woke up sore and exhausted after spending the whole night putting it together-oh! poles are not labeled by their part numbers/letters.
